Do not ever buy anything from this jeweler. On August 24, 2024 at 12:11 I dropped off my necklace to be repaired, 45 minutes later, I picked my necklace up and realize that it was not my necklace. They watched the cameras and see that the necklaces were switch and already picked up. I had to get my bank statement from when I purchased it back in 2021 then they still wanted me to pay the difference of the “my” necklace they mistake gave away. Stay that they are helping me, how are they helping me when they gave my necklace away and I got to pay for a new one. It was not my fault, but I’m being blamed for it. Do not ever buy anything from this jeweler.

Don’t think because they’re in the mall and in a kiosk they don’t know what they’re doing. The handle jewelry that’s tens of thousands of dollars. Very reasonable prices to resize jewelry and fast service. These guys are pros.

I went here and got two necklaces and two braces and my friend got a necklace as well. Ali was the best. He is straight up honest and patient. I have never been so sure of a salesmen before but he is compassionate about what he do. Thank you so much I will be back again. O not to mention i got my ring and bracrlet cleaned for FREEEEEEEE.
