Over price.
The problem with my Apple Watch was that only the face glass had lifted. It should have just needed some glue. But when I got it back, the entire thing was covered in glue, and a few hours later, I had to clean off the glue. When I paid $55, I expected a perfect finish, but the finish was too messy, like something I did at home. Now, I have to worry about whether glue got inside the watch.

For the last 6 weeks I have gone to this store to get a battery put in my watch. This place has been closed. For how long I don't know. But it is very frustrating & irritating for their post to read they're open. I wish they would amend it & just read Closed. I give up. I've emailed and phoned to leave messages. I strongly recommend that anyone that has stumbled to the post not bother with them anymore. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! It will only lead to frustration & irritation. I strongly urge you not to frequent this business should they ever open!!

I had gone to Quik Watch Repair to have my watch battery. The lady behind counter was pleasant and was thorough at replacing my watch battery. This location very clean and well-oganized. I will return again for other services.

I took my cellphone in for a cracked screen. The service time was decent and my screen was repaired. However when I received my phone I noticed some gaps around the edges. When I brought the issue up I was told that gaps can happen from the actual opening of the phone. I found it strange but made sense to it. As soon as I got to my car I placed the phone down and it immediately cracked exactly where the edges were gapped. When I went back into the store I was told that it wasn't given like that to me therefore they were not responsible. I was not going to pay for them to fix it again especially when they didn't even bother to take a second look . I just took it as a loss. Aside from the cracking incident while I've been using my phone I have noticed that the screen that was placed was not the screen that was intended for my phone. It keeps lifting and the light is shining through the gaps. I understand that these type of companies can have off market parts but it would have been nice to know before hand and if it isn't off market it definitely isn't for this specific phone model because my husband has the exact same phone and both screens look different. I now have to buy another case just to make sure the screen doesn't pop off. Just make sure you know what your getting before paying and signing the agreement.

I will never suggest her to anyone. The lady there costed me about $16 for a simple watch pin that is not worth even a single dollar. I needed it so I had to get it whatever the cost but she took advantage of the situation. This was my first and last experience here!

Asma was very helpful. She fixed my iPhone in just 30 minutes. I thought I had lost everything from my phone, but she fixed everything for me. She was very polite and understanding. I will definitely be coming back to get my watches fixed next time.

They replaced batteries for my 2 watches. It took her less than 10 minutes. Charged me almost $50.00. I thought Price was little too high. At Amazon.com the batteries were around $2.00 each.

Be forewarned. Worst cell phone repair shop I've been to. Asma Hussain, owner/tech is an actor. Talks a good game! Lacks integrity and honesty.
Took my cell phone in for LCD replacement. Asma claimed to have cleaned the interior guts of the cellphone before replacing the LCD. After picking up my phone, the screen didn't last 24hrs. Screen bled out quick, blacking out the entire screen. Took phone back the next day. She looks at the phone and immediately says the phone was dropped. Really! The phone was not dropped. She then goes on to show me where the screen started bleeding. Since she claimed it was a drop, no repair made. Just lost my money. I was teed off, so I left. Also, upon picking up my phone she advised that she cracked the rear cover in one of the corners. Had issues removing cover! Ok no big deal on that part, as it was a small crack, plus I keep the phone in an Outter Box case. Check this out. Took my phone to another repair shop on referral. The shop owner/tech looked over my phone. Lo and behold, he advised that the phone had not been dropped. He showed me where the screen started bleeding, in more than one spot. He advised that the LCD screen that Asma installed in my phone was cheap and or possibly used! He also advised me that she told me it was a drop so that she wouldn't have to do a warranty repair. He further advised that she should have known better to not have put double screen protectors on the phone. She reused my temper glass screen protector. I purchased a new cellphone case from her establishment. Asma installed the new case, which had a screen protector. So now screen protector over temper glass. My new tech advised that is a no go! He advised that makes too much pressure on the screen, advising once again that she should have known that. Anyways I had my phone repaired again at the new reputable cellphone repair shop. Being what I went through with Asma, the owner gave me a great discount on the repair, replaced the back cover that Asma cracked, at no cost and a new cellphone cover. He even showed me the new LCD that he was going to install. He also showed me the LCD that Asma installed, after he removed the old cheap LCD. Since the new repair, I've had no issues with the screen.
If you value your money, don't waste your time going to Quick Cellphone and Watch Repair LLC. Asma lacks integrity, honesty etc. By far, a crook. Maybe that's why she switches locations often. Karma!
