I wanted to get a business account and they gave me a business rep. The man dropped the ball and I was going to say just forget Tmobile and tell this rep from store called me his name was Chris That went out of his way to help me get my account going. There was some obstacles that we had to get over but he Never gave up and help me get my account started. I feel he went way above what he needed to to close my deal but I am very happy that he did because we were able to get everything going unlike the business rep so thank you Chris for all your help and I am a loyal customer to you.

I am an 8-year loyal customer to T-Mobile and my iPhone 11 which I just finished paying off that I had for 2 years wasn't allowing me to make phone calls unless I put it on speaker phone and my location services weren't working. After I went into the store and mentioned it to the worker she suggested getting a new phone through warranty, I forgot I was paying for WARRANTY since I've never used it. The 8 years that I was paying for it I never used it. That is around 2,400 dollars of wasted money! They ordered me a new phone and it came in 3 days. When I went to pick it up it took hours of my time driving back and forth trying to turn off, find my iPhone because they couldn't disable it at the T-Mobile. I was patient with them. When they finally handed me the phone I could tell that the phone was used there was dirt on the speaker, I told the worker that was helping me and I let him know that I know these phones are refurbished because I used to work for a phone company myself and I am well aware. Instead of making a big deal about it and requesting a different phone I just made sure the speaker worked fine so when I make calls, I don't need to put it on speaker phone. I had spent so much wasted time in this store that, I had zero patience for anything else. After a week of using the phone, it started to get stuck on the screen so I'd just lock it when that would happen then after 2 weeks of having it, the screen completely turned black and never turned back on. The phone was so hot it felt like it was about to explode. I showed my roommate and he said, the phone was extremely hot, "They sent you a defective battery." Immediately upset, and overwhelmed because I use my phone for work I decided to go to the store on my lunch the next day. I let them know that I had the phone for 2 weeks and it just shut off on me last night when I woke up from a nap as I clicked the screen to check the messages. The guy who helped me said he would file another warranty claim for me after checking the water damage line on the phone and seeing that it wasn't water damage. After a few seconds of typing, he said one second, "I'm going to the back to check something out." He came back and said my phone didn't qualify for a warranty and that instead, I would have to file a claim online through the insurance company. He stated, "put it under water damage," when it was clearly a lie, the phone wasn't ever near water for it to be considered water damage. Frustrated that I had to go back and forth with them about my phone and wasting my time again, I asked him how much they charge to replace the phone, he said $100. I did not want to pay $100 because they sent me a defective phone, what's the point of paying for a warranty when your phone is only going to last 2 weeks just so they can force you to pay more for another replacement? Feeling like I got cheated out of my time and money I headed home and used my sister's phone to make the call to the number that they provided me with (mind you I am on my lunch)
I called them to make a claim but the automative services only had 2 options which were a damaged phone or water damage. Clearly, they gave me a defective and dirty phone that lasted 2 weeks. When I went back to tell them about the options they stated there was nothing they could do. So I asked for the corporate number and they gave me the customer service number instead to "resolve the issue for me." It is lazy and poor customer service, they made me feel like they didn't want to help me and instead kept on dismissing me. Luckily the customer service number gave me exceptional service after I explained my frustration with the store location. They ordered me a new phone through warranty and they explained to me that I would be getting a brand new phone. What is the point of having the stores when it is nearly impossible for them to get something done?

Been doing my business at this location since last year.I had Verizon before and was always treated like a sheep being herded. T-Mobile treated me like a person. All the reps always take their time and explain everything to make sure I understand. This is, by far, my favorite location to go to

My wife and I stopped by a different store and the wait was 1 1/2 hours. We placed her name on the waiting list the started running errands. We found ourselves by this location on willow and Herndon. We went in and Adam took real good care of us. Walked out with a smile and a new phone with the accessories. Adam even answered the call from the other store and told them he had taken care of us and asked if they had the watch we can go pick up. They didn't so he placed an order. By far the best customer service from him and the team (the two ladies). Thanks Adam.
