My first time ordering custom napkins and I am beyond pleased with my order! I got a picture of my mom printed on the napkin and was very happy with how nice it came out! Everyone at our party loved them! The staff also went above and beyond with their service, as I had called to make a slight change to my order and they accommodated me swiftly! I will be using this company for all of our parties for now on!!!!!

GREAT customer service. I was up against a short deadline and needed my order split and mailed to two separate addresses. Darrell and the team at Napkins Ink went way, way above and beyond my expectations. They made a very stressful task so very simple. Very responsive and very reasonably priced. Darrell and his team saved the day when a big box national company I had ordered my wedding cocktail napkins fell through (presumably due to Covid). They designed, produced, and shipped the napkins in 3 days time so I could have them in time for my event. They also were very timely in their email responses which was so helpful. Highly recommend!

Owner came out to personally meet us, and our requirements (which can definitely be tedious). Their art dept cooked up some outstanding logos for our new brand!

I spent a whole Saturday looking for custom whole sale napkin company, but of course they all wanted a 25,000+ minimum for a reasonable price. I was about to give up when I finally decided to look for a local company here in Houston and came across Napkins Ink. I needed something similar to what we were already ordering, so I took a photo and emailed it and got a response the next business day. Anytime I had a question it was answered in less than an hour. The quality of the napkins are superb, but the customer service is the cherry on top of a perfect order.
