I bought LeeR canopy last 9-2023. After they installed it, I noticed that they made damage on my rail cap cover and rail, they put a hole on it. Then, I went back a week after because there was a water leak on it and at the same time I told the guy in front desk that who ever installed the canopy made a certain damage on my truck. He didn’t say anything on that matter instead he just pay attention on water leak which has been fixed, which is a good thing. Until then, I’m still waiting for their action on the damage being made to my truck. So, for your awareness make sure you double check your vehicle before leaving the shop to make sure there’s no damage cause of them. I am hoping that they will take an action to fix that damage .

I recommend doing business here in Redmond OR. Mike was easy to work with. Prices are competitive and the service is great. My Decked system arrived sooner than expected. My Prinsu rack arrived sooner than expected. Stephen lent me his personal tie downs to transport. Seriously good dudes to work with. I could not have received better help. Stay away!!! I waited 4 weeks for the first Leer shell and on install they ordered the wrong shell for my truck even though I gave them the VIN to order from. They actually suggested to run with the shell that was wrong or "I guess" wait another 2-4 weeks for a another one. I requested a reorder for the right shell and was told they'd put a rush reorder on it but 5 weeks later with a ho-hum attitude it "may or may not be on next weeks load list" but they will GLADLY cancel my order instead of putting some pressure on Leer to expedite or rush the reorder being that they are the #1 dealer for the Leer brand. The staff and store manager Jason have no since of urgency or request to rush a reorder for an error that they made for ordering the wrong part. I was offered a whopping $100 off for the inconvenience but that was the "best" they could do. Do Better. Don't go here, don't buy here, don't do any business here.

Great products. Convenient service, open on Saturday. Quality professional service all the way around. Oh and at least $300.00 less expensive than NW Accessories who are not even open on Saturdays.

Stopped by to have my canopy looked at.
I also wanted to shop some truck parts and generally look at ways to make my truck a shinning example of spending money with the wrong priorities.

Went in, was met with gruff dismissal.

For those that don't know (like the staff at this place) there is this thing called sales. It appears to be a new concept for this shop. To get information was like pulling teeth. To get a clear answer was like speaking to an autistic kids watching their favorite TV show and dedicatedly not giving you any attention.
Did I mention there was NObody in the store. The bays were empty and they had at least 3 staffers working.

So I get a price for labor but need a price for parts. I ask a few questions and it seems me being there asking questions to get comfortable spending money is about the most inconvenient thing these folks have happen in a day where nobody is going in.

So I excused myself and went to a place in Oregon City.
SOOOO MUCH BETTER. Sadly that means Im going to be spending more money cause at the other place they know how to staff for SALES!!!

I noticed they have other negative reviews and frankly they ring true. This place kinda Sucks!

Avoid this place It's really not worth your time.

RESPONSE TO LAME OWNER:
I post a review when a business fails at basic service, like with you.
I go spend money in the stores where service is good. Novel concept right.
With your cyber stalking and pointing out my tendency to only highlight negative businesses I may make a small change and offer more positive reviews of the businesses I like (such as the much better LEER TRUCK ACCESSORIES in Oregon City which offered a much better experience) but, they don't really need that.
Good businesses are notable by the amount of people in the store, the experience they offer, and the walk away feeling which is something you clearly fail at.

I have updated my review to 1 star and even reached out to LEER directly. Perhaps they can offer better oversight or remove your dealer status.

I recently ordered a Softopper canopy from All American shortly before heading out on a road trip. A tear was noticed when they went to install and we feared that our trip would be delayed. However Robert pulled out all the stops and was able to work with the manufacturer and reps to get a replacement shipped quickly and they had it installed with time to spare. Thanks again for making things work out!

After having my Decked system installed I noticed that my 110 outlet plug on my 2nd gen Tacoma was not accessible they offered to fix the issue for just the purchase of a extension plug and they provided the labor to remove half the Decked System install the extension cord and then reinstalled it oh BTW these folks did a great job on the installation I will be doing more business with them!
