I called in here and got paired up with Megan, who was very easy to work with, primarily because she kept me up to speed as we waited for rings to come in and such. Upon going in person today, she made pickup an easy, seamless process, and was even able to retroactively do something for me. In the end, I walked out with two rings and couldn’t be happier. Ask for Megan, she’ll take care of you!

I had the most wonderful experience at Tiffany & Co. yesterday when picking out my wedding band. I had the pleasure of working with Ashley A., who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She took the time to help me explore different options, allowed me to try on various sizes, and was so attentive and personal with both my husband and me. Her warmth and expertise made the experience truly special. Thank you so much, Ashley, for helping me find the perfect wedding band!

Located across from the Apple store on Yamhill. Suzann Chen was an excellent customer service representative. She brought out the piece that I had put on hold and proceeded to support my decision making process.

I was looking at the single Pearl silver Hardware bracelet. It was beautiful and matched my earrings. Hard to walk away.

Because it was close to New Year's Eve the store made sure that customers enjoyed a glass of champagne as we viewed the pieces we were interested in. Love the spirit of celebration.

I noticed store is very thoughtful and make sure that there is a discreet cover over the bag that you take home.

Best thing about this Tiffany & Co. location is that THERE IS NO TAX. Think about that for a minute when you think about the cost of your item. You can see why I plan to return here for my next purchase.

We purchased a necklace, and everything was fine until the team offered to waive the inscription fee for us. They even provided a receipt reflecting the waived fee, which we appreciated. However, we later noticed that we were charged the $80 fee after all.

When I called to resolve the issue, I spoke to the same associate who had initially assured us of the waived fee. She confirmed she remembered our conversation but said there was nothing she could do about it. For a high-end brand like Tiffany’s, this lack of accountability felt unprofessional.

Other than this misstep, the overall experience was good—the necklace was beautiful, and the service was otherwise fine. However, I expected more integrity from such a luxury retailer, and this experience has left me second-guessing my trust in their customer service.

Awful customer service. I made an appointment to have my jewelry cleaned. At other Tiffany locations they were able to do this the same day. At this location I was told it would take them three days to clean earrings and a necklace and that I would have to come back to pick it up. I don’t really feel like wasting two separate days of my life to get jewelry cleaned making this service completely useless to me. I’ve been pretty disappointed with Tiffany quality in the last few years and this was just the final straw to ensure I never shop there again or recommend it to others. There are much better places to purchase fine jewelry these days with superior customer service.
