This Forever 21 is pretty big It's in the Lloyd center mall. There is a downstairs and upstairs. There are tons of great sales at this shop. Panty of accessories and clothing. The shop is always organized and aesthetically pleasing to look at. There are plenty of plus-size options for men and women. If you like something and want to try it on, they do have fitting rooms. Customer service was nice and not bothersome.

I went in today and picked up a red pj set from a rack saying valentine’s day clothes were 30% off. There was a whole stack of them there and when I go to checkout she said it wasn’t actually on sale. If you’re going to label something as on sale you should honor it.

I went here when I was 14 and I still remember my experience with a cashier there. I was paying half with cash and half with a gift card. The cashier thought I was stupid enough to fall for her scam. She set the cash aside, scanned the gift card and said I still owed more, without including the cash I already gave her for the transaction. She was trying to pocket the cash for herself! I asked her for the cash back, and grabbed my mom really quick and told my mom. My mom told thar cashier off and we got the manager to finish the transaction correctly. I'm writing this review now so they know people will remember when an employee tries to steal from them for life! And I will never go back there and tell everyone I know about it!

I want to give it 5 stars...but I got irritated that there was stuff on display that I wanted to buy for my girlfriend but when I asked a girl on staff where it was located she was not able to find it either. Otherwise the store itself is neat and organized and the staff is friendly.
