What a fabulous job JC’s Customs did on our new jeep wrangler. They customized our new leather seats exactly the way we wanted and installed the mechanism to flat tow our jeep. The service was outstanding. Kevin, the owner, personally helped my husband to connect our blue ox equipment to make our new jeep towable. He took the time to make sure everything was connected and that we understood the process and equipment. He is very friendly and professional. Also want to thank Hayden for his excellent service & communication from start to finish. What a delightful and satisfying experience!!! It’s was a pleasure to do business with this family owned & operated business.

We were referred to JC Customs by another shop in the area. We had a few upgrades done to our jeep. Everything looks perfect and works great! Yay! Make sure to ask for Kevin if you have any questions that aren’t being answered or communication issues. Loving the new rock lights and the eye headlights. Fun additions to our new toy .

I took an aluminum double bike rack there to get an idea of adding lights to the frame. I wanted to do this so other cars could see my vehicle when I had two E-Bikes on the back. I spoke with Jonathan,, showed him what my issue was, and he designed a wonderful system that would be professionally installed and look great. He could tell my disappointment in the cost and in how I wanted it completed right away. He suggested that I go purchase two magnetic lights on my own and put them on my bike rack since I had a trailer hitch and it was already prewired. I ask you, how many people will turn business away and suggest that you do something else? What an outstanding human being and what a great business to help the customer in doing what is right for them. I don’t think that you will find a more honest business to deal with than this one. A special thank you to Jonathan for his knowledge in helping me resolve my issue and he should be commended for a Job Well Done!

In a word-"Outstanding" I just had entire vehicle window tinting (2024 Hyundai Tucson), and Cobra Dash-Cam (Front & Rear), Installed November 16, 2024. Sara/Johnathon/Hayden up front really know their products and provide excellent customer service. The Technicians in the back did a "First Class" Install, with ZERO flaws! I have already received an estimate for a "Curt" towing hitch to be installed in early 2025, and I shall spread the word of this Winter Haven Business to all I encounter in my gated community and the many Veteran organizations I belong to. We JC's in the past but more recently had them install a front & rear video camera in our vehicle. They were very careful to place the camera's where we wanted them along with taking care to not have any wires showing. We are happy with the end result & would recommend them.

Took our SSR in for window tinting, stereo and back up camera. Very friendly customer service, easy to work with, and reasonable prices. John was flexible on when I could pick up and drop off. Everything went smoothly and truck looks great!

Customer Service oriented. They really take pride in their work and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Great professional ethics. They care bout the customer, not just maximizing profit. Sound quality is great.
