Junior is knowledgeable and was extremely generous with helping me find and inspect the right necklace for me. Even though I ended up purchasing the jewelery from a supplier online, he still inspected it for me for free and gave me a case for it. Extremely pleasant people to deal with, and I can tell that others seem to really like the custom jewelery that they make. Cannot recommend them enough for people who might not know much about jewelery like me.

I am so glad I came here because everything turned out great. I wanted to re-purpose my diamond earrings so I decided to use it to incorporate it into a four leaf clover ring, which Junior designed.

Junior listened to what I wanted and the ring turned out AMAZING!!!! He is a great designer and a very trustworthy person. It was his idea to have a mother and daughter ring 💍 and my daughter loves it too! I will definitely be his customer for life!

Little Watch Shop referred me here to repair a delicate family heirloom locket. Quintanilla Jewelry did a beautiful and careful job on the restoration, I would definitely trust them again with any future repairs. The display cases with jewelry for sale also looked glittery and delicious! Very charming staff and family owned business.

These guys are just great. I came to them to have my wife’s rings resized. I was turned away from other places saying it would be too difficult and they didn’t want the liability. The little watch shop referred me over to this family as the best in the city for difficult changes like this. And I have to say it turned out perfect. The rings look as good as original and they fit wonderfully. For the first time in five years, my wife can wear her rings again!

One of my earring got loose these days and I almost lost one today while I was visiting the Little Watch Shop to have my watch battery replaced. They recommended me visiting the Quintanilla Jewelers on Richmond to have it fixed..

Mr. Quintanilla Junior is such a nice and professional jeweler, and he explained the cause of the problem due to the wearing of the earring and he fixed my earring quickly. He has a pair of artistic eyes, and he showed me his sketch book for his beautiful work. He insisted to do this for free even though I offered to pay him at least $20 for his work.

I really appreciate his great work in fixing the earring for me, and I highly recommend Quintanilla Jewelers, Inc. to anybody who needs this type of jewelry services.

I've gone to Quintanilla Jewelers for everything from watch battery replacement to repairing earrings to repurposing jewelry that I inherited from my mother-in-law (done with my husband's blessing!). Junior was able to take brooches and rings that were sitting unloved in a box and transform them into beautiful, modern pieces that my daughter and I love. Working with him was a collaborative effort and so much fun! I trust Mr. Q and Junior 100% and recommend them highly!

I am IN LOVE WITH MY NEW RING! My hubby surprised me and took me to Quintanilla Jewelers to revamp/customize my wedding ring. They took the time to go over designs and ideas and stay within our budget. They then took the time to make 3d computer images of the ring, and were kind enough to make me another 3d computer image when I was inspired to create a different design. After that, they make a mold of your choice and you go and approve the design! My hunny surprised me with it on Valentine's day morning and it is so beautiful and unique, I cried like a little baby! 😂 Thank you so so so much for always providing such excellent customer service and talent! Can't wait to make my next custom piece with y'all 😬

Very sweet and awesome people! They re-sized my engagement ring (my fiance bought it from some place else) and they were able to make it smaller. They also made me try it on to make sure if it needed to be enlarged or cut once more. Would come back here again! Great prices, great service, and dedicated jewelers!
