3 phone calls with no answer and their voice mail is not set up. By the 4th call I got ahold of a man to ask some questions about toppers for my 2019 F-150. The gentlemen on the phone who had no clue how to help me. I wanted to compare 3 different models and he was unwilling to discuss that on the phone. He just kept telling me that I need to come in and see what he has. I do not need to come into your store to talk about options. He avoided every product question I had. When I asked if there was someone is sales to talk to because he clearly didn't even know the products, he said "I am the sales". I just cannot imagine this being a sustainable business model, but to each their own. Took my business to the other local competitor and had a $4,000 topper ordered within an hour of talking about the options and models available. Via the phone.

Excellent communication and follow through- drove 3 hours for a used shell- they sent pictures and described the unit accurately beforehand. Fair price, quick install and friendly employees- would buy from them again.

Called repeatedly for 2 weeks. Left messages repeatedly with callback info. Got someone to answer the phone ONCE and they hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. Drove there during business hours and it's a ghost town. Maybe they're alright if you can get ahold of them but from what I can tell their customer service is abysmal.

Guillermo is awesome! I backed up with my ARE truck cap rear window open, and broke both the struts and bent the angled steel that the struts mount to. I came to his shop and he helped me straighten everything out free of charge! He definitely earned my future business, and can’t recommend going here enough. Thanks Guillermo!
