They messed up my custom order logo bag. I ordered 50 bags from them with a simple logo for my retail shop, but in majority of them the logo is not straight. I tried to send back 11 of those bags that are really bad. I took photos of the bags one by one, using ruler to show how crooked they are. They denied it saying custom order is final sale And that’s after several emails back and forth. I have to throw away those bag because we can’t sell them. The damages are quite visible. As a retailer I’m telling all the other retailers in my field not to buy from them. They lost me as a customer and any potential future customers that I could have recommended. Was it worth it ? Did replacing 11 bags so much financially heavy on them that they couldn’t do it?

Great quality at a great price. We ordered for the students in our pre-school. The totes we ordered are the perfect size for their lunches to come into school, and precious artwork to go home with them!! Wonderful customer service too!!

So happy with my bags! Turned out even better than I expected. I ordered custom totes and their team was responsive and easy to work with. Be aware that processing time takes 3-5 weeks but after that they shipped super quickly.
