I’ve been a loyal Pandora customer since I was young, and I’ve always enjoyed shopping at the Pandora store in the Palisades Mall. However, my experience today was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted rudely by both the staff and management when I inquired about the Pandora Reflections mesh bracelet. It felt as though they had no idea what I was talking about, and they made no effort to assist me or show me any products.

Earlier, I had called the store to confirm that the bracelet was in stock, and I was assured it was. I went out of my way, driving from work—which isn’t close—only to receive terrible customer service. None of the staff even acknowledged the call I had made earlier.

Pandora just isn’t the same anymore. I expect better treatment and service from a brand that used to feel special. Sadly, I’d rather take my business elsewhere where the staff is eager to help and make my shopping experience worthwhile. Very disappointed!

Horrible customer service. I understand it’s holiday season and the store is very busy. I didn’t mind waiting, but the attitude the employees have at this store is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

staff don’t acknowledge you. i’ve been a pandora customer for over ten years and in the past six month ive been ignored in this store, had staff insinuate that i brought in counterfeit items (which i had ordered from the website) and imply that my girlfriend was tryna scam them out of a bracelet during their free bracelet promotion

Ordered online for pickup at the West Nyack location because 1 of the charms I wanted wasn't available to ship. Came to pick up the order around 7pm on a busy Sat night during the holiday season. There was a wait of 15-20 mins & an associate taking names on a tablet for a waitlist. I put my name on the list & told the associate I was going to the food court & would be back. (there's nowhere to wait outside this store, people are just standing around. I have my husband & 3yo accompanying me & I'm 7 mos pregnant) Admittedly it was more than 20 mins by the time I got back (toddler, bathroom, busy food court, slow moving pregnant lady) & was told my name was removed from the list & would have to be added back & an additional 20 mins I'd have to wait. I fully understand the store was busy but this is absurd. There has to be a better way. My order was PAID FOR sitting in a back room somewhere & there's no associate that's managing orders that were already placed & ready to go? I'm very frustrated. I'm not going back to the store & maybe I'm petty, but I'm cancelling my $150 order. It shouldn't be this hard to do an online pickup. I hope this store institutes new policies for future customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came in yesterday to purchase the full little mermaid set and a young lady was very nice and asked if I had any questions to let her know. She went into the back and I approached the two lady's at that register who made eye contact with me after I said excuse me as they were scanning bar codes. One walked away to the back and the other literally grabbed her phone and did not acknowledge me. I stood there for a few seconds to only see both of them laughing at me and look away not to help. I just walked away stating you just lost my sale and will go elsewhere and they both just stood there laughing at me as I left the store. Very rude. Will not return

We always go to this mall and Linda at the pandora store is so attentive to her customers and so helpful . She is amazing ! She helped me pick out my very first bracelet and I love it so much we also picked a charm that suits me so well . She made my experience great!
