Although the process is a little long, I got three tube report cell lines, but the sales is very patient to reply to me and answer my various questions, looking forward to the next purchase ~

After purchasing the cells, they took over 3 months to arrive. They required an upfront payment before sending the cells over, and would not accept a cancellation of the order.

Awful customer service, took too long, and disappointing results. Will not buy from again.

A scientist on my team (who has EXCELLENT sterile technique and has literally never had contamination in her many years of lab experience) bought the M-07e cell line from Accegen. The vial took forever to come, and when it did, it immediately got contaminated. She has never gotten contamination before, so we suspected the vial of cells was contaminated. We reached out to Accegen and they offered a discount on the next vial-so we purchased a second vial of M-07e. Again, the second vial immediately got contaminated after a few days in culture despite careful handling. We took microscopic pictures of the cell cultres showing obvious high levels of bacteria, sent them to Accegen, and they insisted it was "cellular debris" and refuse to give us a refund, just further discounts on cell lines.

Needless to say-we will NEVER buy anything from Accegen again. Please be warned.
