We got here for the first time to clean up our rings which we bought at the sister company in Austin. The friendly staff took care of our rings and made our rings very sparkling again!
Very quick and nice service! There are many beautiful rings and jewelries! Great place to get ones for your loved ones for the special occasions! I like the fact that if you buy a ring or Jewelry here, they’ll do the clean up/polishing it for ever! Love the deal!

Prior to visiting this location, I tried a few other places some with and some without my future wife. But all just had the same vibe, styles and scheme. Every ring she tried on she was told each " looked amazing and that's the one we should have bought", Then the bribes for a discount that only lasted for the day.
Until a friend of ours told us about the ring location. I saw there were two locations but after reading the reviews, I was drawn to how each person enjoyed their experience but also named the person who helped them.
So we went, only to find out it would be the place we settled on "THE RING" she would love. From beginning to end the process, atmosphere along with the knowledge Jeanette had to help and guide us was unmatched. No buttering us up no pressure simply presentation along with the free time to roam and not have someone over our back trying to convince us. No matter the budget, you will find what you are looking for here. We drove over an hour to visit this place and we look forward to doing it again for the next occasion.

Had an amazing experience picking out an engagement ring. They make it so easy to try on every style and are extremely transparent about ring size and pricing. Ive truly never been happier trying to buy jewelry.
No financing no price talking no bugging me with questions about money like how much are you looking to spend.

You walk around looking for what you like without a sales person. You get to open all of the cases yourself and try anything on. When you want help they are readily available.

We seriously walked around the store with a large ring holder picking out rings. We ended up with about 15 rings in the holder and took some time to narrow it down to about 5.
At that stage we had questions and the salesman helped us find the absolute perfect ring that we missed in the case.

There are so many options in this store your ring is there I promise. I'm not sure how many cases we opened but there are at least 30 cases of just engagement rings.

The pricing that came at the end resulted in a quote for 2 rings. The conversation after you leave is held via text message and makes it very easy to get updates and ask questions.

When the full purchasing is done I will update this section to reflect how that goes.

A great place with great staff. I feel that the staff is like extended family now. Lynn, Maria, Jeanette, and Joey are all stellar and will look to accommodate. They have a beautiful array to choose from in rings both in engagement and wedding bands. They also can accommodate other jewelry request. If there's something that you have in mind that they don't carry, they can actually make it and send you a CAD drawing of it before you settle on it. I commented to the staff on how the place feels like the jewel of Round Rock.

The only semi-negative thing I have to say is that their policy does not have a money back guarantee especially on special order items or custom items. There are other places that do offer that. So if you are looking for a custom item or special order item, make sure you're comfortable with the money that you put down to start the purchasing process, because at best you'll get is store credit if you're not happy with the final product or change your mind.
