Our 21 year old is attending his friend’s wedding and trying to select a wardrobe off Amazon was too daunting. We walked into the store and William took charge in a great way. He knew how to put everything together seamlessly. He helped us get everything selected in under an hour. Thanks William. Because of you we will be back again soon.

I used this Men's Wearhouse for my and my groomsmen's suits for my wedding. While the initial fitting process went well, the pickup days before the wedding day was less than ideal. All of my measurements had been taken incorrectly and we had to rush order new shirts and pants for me. This sudden wrench in our plans added lots of undue stress to the week of our wedding. Many of my groomsmen also experienced issues with some receiving shoes in their order and others not. One groomsmen wasn't given a dress shirt with his order and had to wear his own. Ultimately, in dressing yourself and your groomsmen for your wedding day, you get what you pay for.

Was here to return 2 items. Waited around for help for over 30 minutes. Watched staff fixing displays and what looked like the manager at a stand in the back of the store cutting up with the staff not helping people. So the timing was not a staffing level issue. I left and went to another MW store that I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. However, due to this store I did not purchase the 4 suits I bought yesterday from Mens Warehouse. And I will likely not use them again. Btw, I see all the automated replies. They only serve to make you look worse.

I had recently returned a tuxedo and left some personal items from the event in my pocket. After notifying the store they went out of their way to ensure I got them back even though I was a few hundred miles away by then.
Rental process was great too and very easy to get fitted and return. Overall, great experience.

Men’s Wearhouse was our last stop during a long, exhaustive day of suit shopping. Nearly all hope was lost, but Michael swooped in and saved the day! His professionalism and knowledge were unmatched. With his assistance, we were able to find a suit right away that was perfect for my boyfriend. To top it off, he arranged for the tailor to do a quick hem on the pants right then and there so we could leave with them same day. Thank you so much Michael for a 10/10 experience! Also, huge thank you to the Men’s Wearhouse tailor for being so accommodating! We will most definitely be shopping here again in the very near future.

Worst experience ever! Went to this store to make a return with my husband and we waited over 20 minutes by the register and not one of the half dozen employees acknowledged our presence. You might be asking, did they see us? Upon entering the store the door makes a loud alert to let employees know a customer has walked in AND several employees glanced our way but quickly avoided eye contact as to not help us. After waiting over 20 minutes another couple arrived and one of the employees who was working near us asked the couple if they needed help. I believe this store discriminated against my husband and I. I will NEVER shop at this store and will be sure to tell everyone I know about how we were treated.
