I’ve been a customer of Custom Sounds for over 10 years, and they never disappoint. John, Ryan, and Joe are the epitome of great customer service! They installed an audio system in my previous truck, and when I got a new one, they were the first people I turned to. Their expertise and craftsmanship are second to none. This is the 2nd time I’ve come to Custom Sounds & I’m leaving happier than the first time! They have truly have a family oriented dynamic as a crew & they are sure to make sure you feel welcomed. Top tier service & great vibe to back it up! You can’t ask for more than this! I wouldn’t go to any other shop after meeting these guys

Whatever you do, do not use Custom Sounds for your tint work. They do not stand by their own warranty.
Came in for some warranty repair as the tint is peeling on three of the four windows and they said that they cannot honor their warranty as they decided not to carry that particular type of tint anymore.
Any legit business will honor the warranty and their work even if they choose to use another type of material. Tint should be easily replaced by another tint if the product is defective. I guess they realized that the product that they sold was defective as they no longer sell it.
They wanted me to have them re-tint the windows, but I asked them why would anyone want them to do the work if in the future they would not stand behind their work.
Absolutely ludicrous customer service.
This company has been around for many years. It is sad that they have turned into this type of company.

It’s a MUST if you’re looking to have your system installed! I had the privilege of working with John,Joe and Ryan!
I came in with my wishes for the sound and completely got all I WANTED and MORE!!! First off walking in I was greeted, listen too and definitely didn’t feel like all they cared about was money and getting me out of there! They walked me through all my options and choices. Truly made sure I understood what would give me just what I was looking for. I booked my appointment and was set to go. Due to unexpected circumstances I needed to reschedule and John worked with me and my family. And when I needed to reschedule not ONLY did he but he got me in faster and had my truck back to me within 24hrs ahead of what I thought I’d get it due to last min. You want a friendly/family feeling atmosphere, one that true cares bout you but more importantly takes pride in their work this is the place!!!!
Hey John Elijah hands down is so HAPPY with the way Breaking Benjamin sounds in his truck!!!!!:)

The staff was awesome and very insightful. They help me take out my factory sound system and transform it in to a work of art. I can actually pull the doors off the Jeep and hear the music as I drive down toll road 130 at 90 mph! Even after the instal they were able to answer question I had. Very professional

John and Ryan were great to work with when I wanted to install a new multimedia system on my car. I walked in on a whim after getting a few quotes from other vendors. John was extremely knowledgeable and stood out compared to the other vendors I spoke to. Other vendors didn’t think they could connect my OEM backup camera and subsystem. They even tried to tell me I needed to entirely replace both systems at a much higher cost. However, John didn’t try to over sell me and said everything I wanted was possible. He worked within my budget and we found the perfect solution. Even when I was hesitant to move forward due to a tight travel schedule, John made calls to confirm he could expedite all the parts needed to get the job done and got me in first thing the next business day. John and his team went above and beyond and are a masterclass on customer service. I highly recommend their services! I will definitely be back when I need more work done. Thank you
