Do not do business with this company!!!!! I took my “10 year old” truck.to get a bed liner sprayed in. When I went to pick up my truck it had overspray from the bed liner on the side of the truck and several scratches on the side. I pointed them out to Adam Nealy, the supposed manager, and also mentioned that I had taken a video of the condition of my truck 30 minutes prior to bringing it in for work. The video clearly displays that there were no scratches on my truck when I dropped it off. He replied “ We have high-definition cameras and we can see everything that happens in our shop. Let’s look and see. “ I went with him to his office and watched the video of the employee pull my truck into the shop and it was very clear there were no scratches. Mr. Nealy stated “ I can see that there is no damage on your truck, we will take care of it”. I said ok and Mr. Nealy said he was going to have a talk with his employee about the incident. I had mentioned that I was interested in purchasing new running boards. He told me he sell me a pair of running boards at cost for my inconvenience. He said he would send his technician to my home to fix the problem the next week. The day came and went and no one called or showed up. I called the shop back and was informed that the “body guy” he had employed had quit and that he would have one of his other employees take care of it. I took my truck on the agreed day to have the area buffed as he described. When I went back to pick it up the truck there was residue from a liquid wax or buffing compound. I couldn’t see the area in detail as I did not have my glasses with me. When I got home I wiped off the compound and could clearly see the damage done. The paint had been chipped in the area they worked on. I called Mr. Nearly back and told him that there was more damage than before. He immediately changed his tone and told me that there is no way any of his employees could have damaged my truck and that it was “10 years old and all scratched up”. I told Mr. Nearly that I would be leaving a negative review and was informed that “I could leave a bad review, but he just wanted to inform me that his legal team sues anyone who leaves a bad review on his company and it would be better for me not to do so.” This man and the company he runs have no integrity and do not deserve your business. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Milspec did an incredible job on a unique project for me. I wanted to line the side rails of my white water raft. They worked with me on color since I didn't want black and scheduled a time for me to bring the frame in. We went over what I was looking for and the end result was better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend Milspec, they do quality work and aren't afraid to try something new!
