Recently your skill based machines have been complete rip offs $700 and not a single bonus are you kidding me your pay out is horrible dont play skill based games if their sticker is on it it will steal your money

Their machine malfunctioned when it was supposed to print a card for me. I lost $45 and they just tried to act like I was being dishonest. I had proof they didn't care. They just said they wouldn't do anything for me.

They tell you they will help your business grow if you sign a lengthy contract. Once contract is signed they will not help you. All you'll get is lies. So disappointed. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT! And I have emailed the company and called, several times. No one will actually help us. This companies generic response to this review should tell you everything you need to know about this company. I'd give them negative stars if that was an option.

Update: After speaking with a relationship manager this has been addressed and taken care of..........I won a gift card from Kohls twice. One time it worked fine, the other time the card said it had already been used. I called to advise them, I don't think they believed me and said they would look into it and get back with me, they never did. Update: they asked me to send them an email regarding this matter...I did 6 days ago, and still nothing........

Wouldn't recommend this co. For gaming machines as their service for repairs is terrible called in for service the rep. told me not able to find our location as we've been with them for several moths.they act like they don't care

Wow initially I thought the greatest thing about this, but ever since I called in and complained about the key off or the tablet always being offline of broke at the store where I frequent it seems like I've been blackballed in my opinion but it definitely seems that way. Aside from that I love it. I only hope I have not been blackballed I've introduced many people to it. Where I play at it seems that the winners are still now not many that check in at that place where I play in Kankakee gas and wash doesn't seem to have many winners at all. I truly hope that the kiosk tablet stays working to give us some fair chance of winning. I would truly like to see more women come from our store I don't hear much about our story personally I have not been contacted in quite a while. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinions.
