What an amazingly knowledgeable group of people working there. My experience began while standing in line at the aftermarket counter at a Ford Dealership and worried whether this job was just a paycheck to the aftermarket guys at the Ford dealership and then while in line overheard one of the technicians bring up Total Off-road located by the Astrodome and how knowledgeable they were. Well I immediately got out of line and dashed to this location and had questions about leveling my new Ford. Well, the store manager Jeff Fussel and Assistant Store Manager Gage are freaking geniuses and now I absolutely LOVE my new ride thanks to Jeff, Gage and the incredibly talented staff at Total Off-road!

Price entrapment. I payed $350 for windshield, sides, and back tint and they didn’t do the windshield and said they thought I meant the “driver and passenger” windows instead of the windshield. Once I found out they did it wrong and asked them to do it right, the guy on the phone sounded annoyed and said “oh my god”. They demanded I pay another $100 to get the front two windows fixed, and an extra $250 for the windshield. Since $100 is cheaper to get tint on two windows there than somewhere else, even though they lied, I had to pay. I decided to just skip out on the windshield to save some of my money and get the job somewhere else. Scam artists

I recently came to this location to change my tires and ended up getting window tint on my Jeep Wrangler as well! I absolutely love the new look to my car and the customer service that I received. Alvaro did my install and his work is absolutely amazing! I have been telling friends and family all about this place.

These folks no their stuff. They fixed my 2010 Jeep death wobble that 4 other shops were unable to do. They’ve also done a great job on my Jeep replacing worn out factory parts including headlights, floodlights, hood latches, control arms, steering stabilizers, etc

I guess they lost their 4 wheel parts franchise which doesn’t surprise me. We ordered tires and they kept getting delayed by the manufacturer. It happens, not their fault, but the communication was horrible and that ended up being flat out lies. They wouldn’t call us with updates on when they’d be ready, we’d have to call. They kept delaying the estimated date until it was about 9 months out from when we were supposed to have them. We ended up calling the manufacturer directly and turns out, there was absolutely no plans to produce these tires at all. Then it took absurdly long to get a refund, I ended up disputing it because I had zero trust left for these people. This was all in the middle of the branding change over but I suspect they didn’t have the money in the first place to refund my order. It was incredibly sketchy and we’ll never come back.

We also had our tires balances by this shop before all this and they somehow felt it was acceptable to put 81 oz of wheel weights on instead of doing it right.

If you want knowledgeable and quality off-road performance, this ain’t it.
