Ordered over $2500 in parts. Nothing showed not in stock. Waited weeks with no update. Sent an email to the email address advised in the receipt. No response. Called in and was told that two parts were in stock, 1 part was half in stock and would be another week to two weeks, and the third part was one to two months out. None of my order would ship until it was all available because they didn't want to pay extra shipping costs. Asked them to ship the parts that were in stock because I have trucks waiting for parts and then to ship the addition parts as they became available. He refused. He said the sales email was monitored by the owner every now and then so he has no idea if anyone saw my emails or was going to respond. Horrible way to do business. Will not order from them again. Their prices are similar to 4States or Raneys. Esp3cially cheaper at other providers with constant sales. He said I was disrespectful simply because he did like that I pointed out the horrible customer service. With a fleet of over 30 trucks I am always ordering parts, figured I would give them a try. Not anymore, they made it clear customer service and needs are unimportant to them at all.

I will reach out to my bank. Fortunately all of my calls are recorded so I have them telling me nothing had shipped, and parts were 2 plus months out and that they were going to give a full refund so that will make quick work of that. I also emailed the marketing email address that seems to respond to these reviews. I will update my review if they respond and if they offer or do Anything to correct the situation. No really holding my breath though.

I ordered a mirror the other day had it 2 days later I didn't expect it to get it that fast work perfectly everything was rite on and better price then other places but I do try and shop locally.....

If could give negative stars I would I won't be buying anything from these crooks I bought some fenders from them that came damaged because there incompetent staff shipped them out wrong and then shipped them to the wrong address then had to beg them to take them back after for a refund and now no refund almost 30 days later horrible customer service I don't know how this place stays in business it wouldn't be a big deal if it was just a few bucks but 1500 bucks in fenders + shipping for something I don't have is a lot of money good thing for 4 state truck parts i bought from them and they had my fenders shipped to me right the first time Un damaged and I'm still waiting on a call back from them about my refund

10/10 would recommend BigRig Chrome Shop for any of your accessory needs or wants. I have outfitted just about every truck in our fleet here with the help of Zach Sikes who is one of the best salesman I have ever worked with, he is just astonishing from taking orders over the phone, answering questions, sending text message updates on orders and most importantly knowing that store inside and out he will find you anything you are looking for. There is no other place I would go when it comes to sales and service for any of my truck accessories.

Ordered and paid for a bumper and given an estimated time of 6 to 8 weeks. 3 1/2 months later still don't have it. Cant get an answer why or where its even at. Never again will I order from BigRig. I'll stick with Raneys or 4States. Usually I stop in to buy lights or other products but I figured I'd give them a try on ordering. Not recommend.
