Claire's is one of my to go to beauty supply stores The young ladies in there are very helpful The store has many supplies The prices aren't bad either they also give you reward points when you shop there give it a try You won't be disappointed.

My visit went well but I give four stars. There are new staff and I miss the old employees who were just so down to earth and assisted me with help. It use to be an entire experience. They were honest and held conversations. I recall one time, one of the old employees told me, " Girl that wig is not for you and deep down I knew she was correct. ? However, the staff there now are professional.

So many options of wigs, weaves, lace fronts, pack hair, marley hair, hair to crochet, ponytails/buns and so much more. Knowledgeable and friendly employees. I think it may be the biggest beauty supply store in Joliet.

I bought an item from them and when I arrived home I discovered that the item I bought is defective. I tried to change it with my receipt but the Manager was very Rude and won’t accept the item.
I won’t buy anything from that store anymore!!!
Every time I go there I spent more than $100 on that store! I bought all my wigs and stuff in there because I have Stage 4 Cancer and I’m wearing wigs all the time!! I am so disappointed!! The Manager was very Rude! I will gonna find a new Store again!!
