Went to shop for a small handbag as a gift, and they have a great collection of purses and handbags. The store is super well maintainednand customer service is great. I couldn't find the color, and they were able to get it from back/stock.

Visited the outlets with my best friend that was in town and this store was a must go for her. My first time there and I left with my very first backpack. Prices and availability are great. Staff is helpful.

I stopped in after work in my work clothes and knew I didn't look like the cleanest person to walk in there. I knew what I wanted and couldn't find it. I was welcomed with a warm good afternoon and I was helped right away. Being a guy going into a designer bag store isn't the most comfortable but the ladies that worked here made my visit great. I have shopped here for my wife multiple times and it's not only because prices are great but customer service is on point. I will continue to shop here as long as the store exists because my wife loves Kate Spade everything.

I ordered a sale purse and when it arrived, it had a stain on the handle. I called the store and they immediately apologized and checked to see if they had any more of that style in stock. They set aside a new purse for me. When I went into the store to exchange the purse they were very helpful and very nice!

The store is set up beautifully. So manu options. The two ladies working were so helpful. I found the bag I wanted and also a wallet. I took the bag off the shelf and went to pay, and one of the girls went to the back and got a brand new bag wrapped up in its original packaging for me. I'm not sure if they do that for all the bags but I loved that I got an untouched bag! I will be going back soon to buy another ? thank you!

I worked with the associate Corah today over the phone and I if I could leave 1 million stars I would! I reached out to 4 stores for an item and she was one that had it! She offered to ship them to me which is incredible considering I live 2 hours away. The kindness she used over the phone is so hard to find from phone customer service now a days. She genuinely was equally as excited as I was about these items! Corah you rock and my daughter thanks you a million times!!!

Staff was friendly; but, not very helpful. They greeted me when I walked in. But, no one wanted to help me when I wanted to know the price of a purse. Needless to say I didn't purchase the purse.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just went in and wasn’t helped at all and when I looked over some associates were on their phones and just doing nothing. Safe to say I didn’t buy a thing. Terrible service and will never be back. I was at coach before entering kate spade and my experience was wayyyyy better.
