I had two weeks off of work for the holidays and I had the itch to get back into the 3D printing hobby and treat myself for Christmas. I settled on getting an X1 Carbon but have been hearing horror stories about their shipping times and product not actually being in stock.

I live in Orlando and U3DPS was an authorized reseller for Bambu and also had a killer X1 Carbon bundle available on their website. I called up and asked if they'd be okay with me picking up the unit. They got me setup with a custom order with the shipping cost removed and I was able to pick up the same day.

When I got there, I was greeted and my order was rolled out. I asked if I can order filament to which I was brought to the back to pick from their catalog to also take home with me. The whole experience was extremely personable and the drive down was totally worth it.

This place deserves all the business even if you're not a "local". They did right by me as a customer by saving me the shipping cost and also have incredibly reliable prices and all accessories available for Bambu. I'm so happy I stumbled across them and overall incredibly satisfied with my experience.

I'm kind of in the middle on my feelings about this place, it's local so calling up and placing an order for filament or a printer or parts is convenient and i absolutely hate waiting for amazon drivers to screw up a delivery so ill take the ride, the office personel were polite, knowledgable and informative, however i bought some reall nice fillament from them and some bargain basement CRAP as well. the crap filament is where i have an issue, i bought discount grey fillament for $5 a roll unaware that all 5 rolls were badly defective and in multiple segmants and took hours to weld and re-roll, im disappointed in the product that i was sold and disappointed that the staff could of made a better decision providing more information about the defective rolls, and less about the filament company goin out of buisness. with all the additional work that has to go into re-rolling this filament they should pay me to take it, if i have better luck in the future with discount filament or other equipment ill give them a better rating.

yall need to give that filament away or throw it away, your gonna get a lot of complaints if u sell any more for even 5 bucks, when it can be bought for $9 on amazon with crap delivery

I ordered as a total of $747.02 new printheads and filament.
I guess after paying for faster shipping it still hasn’t shipped in a week as well by then I receive an email from them saying that I owe an extra 200 and something dollars making my total of 900.
They said they had the wrong pricing on the Internet.
That’s not my fault

So I cancelled pretty crappy. That should’ve been their loss not mine but anyways move on

I purchase my first 3d printer from this online store last week. the shipping was fast and service was amazing. I did received my order with a damage due to UPS, but this is something cant be avoid. The U3DPS was very kind to send me a replacement for my 3D printer front glass door free of charge (Parts on the way). I will definitely will continue to purchase any supply on my 3D print from Ultimate 3D Printing Store. I'm currently working on my Engineering and I'll be printing a lot of Prototype and will need supply. I recommend this business to any one who is serious with their 3D project.

Jordan was awesome and made sure I was able to get a Bambu Lab AMS today, instead of waiting weeks for Bambu Lab to ship out

I love Bambu Lab products but their shipping is very slow, I will be using Ultimate Store from now on for parts and filament.

Ultimate 3D Printing Store is not a company you should trust or do business with. especially for high dollar printers.

I used ShopPay to buy a Modix 120x V4 as it was listed as an accepted payment option at checkout. About 4 days after payment, I get an email from them saying "Despite ShopPay being listed as a form of payment on their website" they cannot accept it as a payment method and they would like for me to send a 2nd wire to help them save on merchant card processing fees

I declined as the order had already been paid and they Dishonestly cancelled the order as Fraudulent.

This company is a scam, save yourself time, trouble and disappointment and buy from a real 3D Print Shop.

Went to Tronxy instead and got a VEHO 1000-16 Large Format as a secondary option and it already has tracking and they even sent pics <3. Tronxy is a real company, Ultimate 3D Printing Store is a joke.
