Hassan took a week and a half to reply back to me. We then Scheduled an appointment for 11am- 12. But he called AT 11am and said he was going to be late because he was at Conference and was late 38 mins.He did not fully explain what Acce does(in our email and in person) or what it offers and he did not really ask for what my needs were. He kept referring me to Other programs. And I still was unsure what ACCE program offers besides telling me about other programs. The Programs offered also were unhelpful because the funds were exhausted and legal help was not available. It might have been helpful, but again, time did not permit because I was reached out too late and only was in a timeframe of a few days for my deadline. I wasn’t given the support I needed. I felt that it was very unhelpful and did not feel respected of my time.

I contact acce action since we're disabled tenants suffering harassment intimidation retaliation criminal threats by corrupt criminal racist city inspectors and investigators of lahd protecting criminal management companies but this agency acce action fail to help us they want me to contact more tenants to file a lawsuit but for my surprise the attorney lea refuses to help us the worst representative Sergio charge us $30.00 dollars and later representative Hassam charge me another $30.00 dollars the worst is they don't help disabled tenants and refuse to reimburse me my $60.00 dollars this agency only use tenants for the benefit of acce action not for help tenants SHAME ON ACCE ACTION Refusing to help us.
