My service was back on 5/15/24, but I wanted to still post a huge THANK YOU to Andres! He was so kind, patient, and helpful as he walked me through installing new parts on two of my printers at the office I work at. It really gave me a peace of mind knowing I was installing everything correctly, and that I could reach back out at any time with potential issues. After contacting close to a dozen printers--all of whom insisted on using only ugly safety paper for checks--we finally located Advantage Laser Products who worked with us to create beautifully branded, custom checks for our business. The personalized attention we received was incredible. They worked with us, our graphic artist, and our bank through an iterative process to get checks which are visually pleasing and work with our bank's rules. We couldn't be happier. Kevin and Lance really know every detail of offset printing, MICR printing, and bank compliance. They patiently explained to us and worked with us through the process. Oh my goodness. This company has helped me so much. I now order all of my clients checks through them along with my own Tax documents for tax season. I would highly recommend using them. Every once in awhile, when you've been in the business as long as I have, you run across a vendor who simply stands out from the rest. That has been my experience with Advantage Laser products. We started off buying our MICR toner from Kevin, and found their other products such as Laser Check stock, a better match for our clients. Truly a refreshing experience each and every time we do business ... which of late is every month!
