Spent 3 hours at the hospital to be told to go to this location to have wisdom teeth removed. Called to confirm the appt was told system was down so I asked to verify the insurance by calling the number on Google was told everything was okay because the patient had Medicaid. After spending an hour driving there was told because he had insurance he couldn't be seen. Worst experience ever. Train your contact center employees who make appts of the policy's so people don't waste half of their day to be turned away. This must only be for immigrants and poor who can't afford insurance. On top of that they wouldn't even tell me how much it would be without insurance if I wanted to be seen without. Crazy.

I don’t know who had the bright idea to switch it from getting an evaluation and the extraction in the same day to having to come 2 times that just makes things more complicated for everyone. How annoying. And they take forever and whisper the names when they call you.

Actually had a great experience! Came here for an emergency tooth extraction. Checked in, paid whatever fees they asked for, saw the doc i waited no more than 1 hr exaggerating! The doc was straight to the point, extraction took 15 mins. Healing time and pain was minimal. Very pleased with the service. Overall from the reviews I expected the worst but actually got a great service !!

Acc east second floor dentist Feb 9th
When I called to make my appointment the person made a mistake and scheduled the wrong thing while cancelling another appointment. Fortunately, Marie caught the mistake Marie and Alexis were understanding and promptly made the corrections so I could get the help I needed. I've visited the dentist there a few times Marie, Alexis, and the young man who works up front are always very helpful and professional. Once again thank you.

I can truly say “Jackson Main Dental Is the best”. I didn’t want to come here because I was not sure what I was walking into, BUT, I am truly satisfied. PLEASE LISTEN!! I went to Jackson Memorial health (1611 NW 12 AVE ACC east building second floor) for a dermatology visit and saw doctor MOTOSKO CATHERINE. Worst experience of my life. Every time I would tell her my skin concern she kept brushing it off and saying that everything was freckle’s without even taking a closer look at my skin. She was so uncaring and wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence any time I had something to say. At the end of my visit she said something that let me know that she didn’t care about me or what I had to say she just wanted me out of the room. She said “your my easiest patience today” that’s what she gathered from everything I told her. If you are Dr. Motosko Catherine And you’re reading this take this as an example to start listening to your patients. Whenever they tell you something take it serious instead of brushing it off and bragging about how easy your patient made your job. We have different skin tones and you thought I just be getting freckles everywhere I was showing you including under my feet. She didn’t even offer a biopsy or nothing after I showed her my skin. Now I have to go to a new dermatologist to get a second opinion all because she was lazy and doesn’t care about her job or patients. Why do a job when you don’t care about the people you see everyday.
