Nate was great to work with. Got with him on a last minute project and he was able to get the quote back very quickly. From the first call, to getting the truck picked up from the dealer was only a matter of a couple days. Much quicker than expected. Final Install did take a little longer than told, but can’t control flawless installs. Would recommend them for sure

Samantha was amazing to work with. She got things done smoothly and efficiently, I had asked many other places to give me a price on doing signs on my motorcycle for my business I had never heard back from any other place. Basin uplifting was able to do the signs on my 2019 goldwing and make it pop like you wouldn't believe. The red lettering on the black paint looks absolutely amazing and can be seen from a great distance away. Everyone was professional and efficient with what they did and how they carried out their tasks. Thank you Sam and anyone else that had a hand in making this happen for me I really appreciate it.

If you want your time wasted, loss of productivity in your business and the worst communication when it comes to your service truck this is your kind of place.

Chase couldn’t make a call back if his life depended on it. He will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your truck into the shop and then everything falls apart. Asked him specifically if they had some parts and he assured me they did. Come to find out they still had to ship them. That put me another week off. I had two trucks that needed everything he assured me they would both be done same day, standing here in shop day of and they need 2 extra days for just one truck, let alone the other he assured me would all be done today.

After 4 hours in their shop all they managed to do was slide my compressor into the bed, no wonder they needed 2 extra days.

As I sit here in their showroom writing this review I know WILL NEVER RETURN! The trucks I buy in the future from the dealers will not be coming here for the up fits.
