Had a good experience with the team at Batteries Plus, especially Connor. I came in for a routine battery swap, but unfortunately, it ended up causing my truck’s head unit to stop working. Definitely not an ideal situation, but Connor handled it like a total pro – he was patient, understanding, and genuinely went out of his way to make things right.

It’s rare to find customer service this solid. Batteries Plus really turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great example of how to take care of customers. Huge thanks to Connor and the team for their help! Would absolutely recommend this place.

Came in to return a bulb I ended up not needing and the lovely employee Connor was able to get my key fob fixed in record time, for super cheap, and even waived the service fee since it was a quick fix. Thanks for making my day a little brighter (pun intended) and for being a cool human.

I brought my phone here on 10/26 for an appointment to get a new battery and instead I got back a phone with an even worse battery + they told me they had to replace the screen because they dropped my phone while fixing it. I understand things happen and I appreciate the replacement, but now my phone no longer operates correctly. I suspect more damage was done to the phone than I can see.

Beware taking your phone here for repair. My screen was cracked and insurance directed me here. When returned, my camera and charge port doesn't work. They refuse to cover it under warranty since it wasn't tested beforehand (screen was cracked and glitch ingredient but working well enough to show whether an app opened). I admittedly don't know the mechanics of phone repair, but not sure why those things would be affected. Seems like it could be an easy way to get more repair business every time a cracked screen comes in.

The battery pack in question was for a piece of medical equipment. The staff recognized that inside was probably two 12v batteries. Sure enough, that was the case. Being two years old, a force charge was attempted on the batteries. When that failed, two new 12 batteries were installed and the medical equipment was back in service. Thanks!

It's November and time to replace a car battery. It was in stock and their technician did a proper job of installing it. He was probably glad it wasn't raining. Until next time, thanks!

I’ve had very good experiences at this store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store stocks batteries and bulbs for special applications. A couple of iPhone repairs were quick and efficient. Park right in front.
