Great beauty supply store. But one thing I've noticed is one employee who wears glasses a gentleman kind of heavy set has a tendency to follow customers around. Today my mother and I went into the store as we were approaching another isle he stands next to a young lady who happened to be either Caucasian or Hispanic. It seemed as if this particular customer was in this isle for a good while look at products. Once my mother and I were in the same isle he wanted to keep watch.
Common sense if we handed our bags at the front door and there are a ton of cameras why is this particular employee following us. This is the second time I've been in this store and he's done this.

People need to understand that millionaires could be shopping in their stores be careful judging a book by it's cover.

Extremely disrespectful to Black women; their main clients. Don’t come. My bag got wet while in their care ( because they make you hold bags in the front) and my new clothes got soiled. I was never offered an apology, they just told me I couldn’t have a bag. One of the cashiers even came over telling me to calm down - again, no one is sorry that my NEW clothes got wet in their care. After going back and forth they finally gave me a new bag. Extremely disrespectful behavior. The way speak to and interact with Black people shows a lack of respect. Take your business elsewhere. Would never go back. I will be contacting the better business bureau. Dirty store and dirty attitudes.

Me and my daughter went there bought $11.00 dollars of things got our receipt
When I checked my bank account a few minutes later I saw they went and charged me $110.00
Looked at the receipt it said $11.00
Don’t trust them check your account
