The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is calming; you can expect to hear Christian worship on some days.

The selection is good but the attention to detail can use some work. They place security labels over product pictures and descriptions so it's impossible to read ingredients and get the details without peeling the labels off.

I asked an associate why wouldn't they put the labels on the top or bottom of the product? She told me this wasn't allowed and she wasn't sure why. I spoke to the owners once before trying to exchange an item with a recipe that was unopened and just purchased the day prior. I was told they don't exchange under any circumstances🤔

My conclusion is that this is cultural. The owners are Korean but their staff and patrons are primarily Hispanic and African. Anyway, if you shop here be sure you know that you have the right item before you leave.

But, if you're a person of color and can, patronize someone who looks like you as opposed to spending your money here. I'll come here only if my usual go-to isn't open and I can't wait for an online purchase.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I never been so insulted in my life. First let me say, I have spent thousands with this store. But today I let my twelve year old daughter transact my business for me. She is learning to make purchases, so we decided to practice here. One of the female staff members asked her if she had a disability, and told her she spoke as if she had a speech impediment. Then proceeded to tell her, she was a nice girl but she needs to learn to speak better. This particular staff member didn't know I was the mom because of the distance between us. I was so angry, and immediately went to the manager who did nothing. I grabbed a few more things in the store, and I waited to see if the manager did anything, but both people proceeded walking around the store like nothing happened. I put everything back, I will never purchase from this store again. We came to make a purchase, but my child was insulted and misdiagnosed.

The worst..give your business to owners who deserve it. The worst customer service ever. It's worth driving extra mile somewhere else to get better service. They are horrible . The girls are useless.

I went to exchange braiding hair I purchase within the 7 day exchange policy. The owner told me I needed my receipt, despite him knowing I purchased the hair last week because he went to the back to get the color I wanted.

I understood so I took the hair and proceeded the shop for supplies for my client as I am a hairstylist. He screamed at me to leave the hair behind the counter, insinuating I would go & steal. Extremely distasteful! I've been shopping consistently for the last 3 years.

My mother brought the receipt to me & I processed to shop. I'm recovering from a knee injury so I have a brace on. I'm limping around the store just trying to buy stuff & he still took time to watch me & follow me the entire time. He pretended the stock the shelves but he was just staring at me.

I went to the register and he stood next to the cashier the entire time making sure I didn't steal. He read the entire screen to make sure she rang everything up. This was extremely distasteful & disturbing. I will NEVER shop at this establishment again!!

The eyelash glue didn't work. The eyebrow tint didn't work. The extensions were all WAY over priced. None of the hair products I looked at were safety sealed.... Will never return.

Anytime I need a specific product, THIS IS WHERE I go 1st. And it's usually the best option. So Much to buy & so many li'l nic-nacs to buy. Well organized, the girls working could be a touch more interactive with the customers.
