What a wonderful experience! I came to Bella's with my mom, who is facing chemotherapy treatments and thus, hair loss. My mom briefly explained what she was looking for and within 2 minutes, Gabriella walked around the corner with a wig that looked EXACTLY like my mom's natural hair. Gabriella helped my mom try it on, practiced with her to gain comfortability in the process, and gave detailed instructions of wig care. She was knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and relatable. We were impressed by the selection, ease of appointment, and fair pricing. My mom left feeling confident and at ease at an otherwise anxious time. We truly appreciate our experience at Bella's and will be repeat customers who recommend this business wholeheartedly to others.

Love this place. Everyone is so nice and the hairdresser is the only one that doesn't make me look like I have stripes on the side of my head since I have short hair. Her haircuts are perfect. And they are so friendly and nice. I will always go back. If you need to find a great hair lady, go there. You will not be disappointed!

Oh my gosh!! If you need a new stylist you've got to go see Sam! My husband and I just moved to TN in January and we needed to find new everything! Sam was so kind and super easy to speak with. She's got years of experience and took her time during my cut. I've even scheduled highlights in a few weeks!

Also, the CUTEST boutique is located in the front of the shop! Both Sam and Carissa (who runs the boutique) have golden hearts and I want to be their friends! Retail and services are so reasonably priced! I'd pay more if they asked because relationships are important to them - they will take great care of you!!

Not too helpful nor friendly. My clothes were dirty from just getting off from work and I didn’t have time to go home before the store closed. Employee/ owner had a condescending attitude and acted like I couldn’t afford what they had. I was wanting to make a purchase for a family member. I had $1400 cash in my pocket and more that I could have used. Price did not matter to me, but she judged me on my appearance and didn’t want to help me. She lost out on making any money from me. I was going to spend over $1000. She lost my money and my business. I won’t be back. The old saying goes. . . Don’t judge a book by its cover.

I lost my long hair due to chemo treatments. Was told about this place by a good friend. In less than 5 minutes, I found a long hair, real human hair wig that looked exactly like what I lost! I cried because I finally felt like myself again.
It looks so real that it even fooled my nurses at the chemo clinic. No one notices that it's a wig and that means everything to me.
They are sweet and helpful here and have quality wigs. Definitely recommend this place. I am forever grateful. 💕

Wig shop has been closed for two years. We site still up. We drove 80 miles there for nothing. Owner was not apologetic when contacted. Store had product visible from the outside.
