This company is fantastic! We've ordered our annual screen-printed tees from them for the past three years and plan to keep coming back. They go above and beyond to ensure the design is exactly what you want, even sending color samples by mail to help you choose the perfect shades. The design team is incredible and has helped us edit designs to make them perfect for screen printing. The turnaround time is quick, yet the quality remains top-notch. These shirts are durable, look great, and hold up over time. Customer service is also top-notch! We have worked with Kristi the past two years and she has been great! Extremely professional and reliable service—highly recommend!

I’ve been working with Jill for about a year now on some clothing projects for the Des Moines firefighters Union local 4. She always takes care of us and delivers an exceptional product. This past week I contacted her about wanting a running tech shirt for a race a group of us we’re doing to honor one of our fellow firefighters that passed away from cancer earlier this year. It was a tight turnaround and I wasn’t sure if we could make it happen. Jill took care of us and made sure we had the tech running shirts in time to leave for Oregon and the race. We got so many compliments on the shirts and had a very emotional experience running in them and crossing the finish line, finishing at the Pacific Ocean. Had the pleasure of working with Kristi B on my first customized hat order. The communication from start to finish was beyond satisfactory. They even send pictures of the finished hat prior to shipping, so you can personally review the product before it gets sent out! Really cool feat. There were a lot of different companies I could have tried first but between the website that shows their factory/operations, the communication I’ve received, and the personal review of the finished product prior to shipment… I am very excited for my hat to come in. I have no doubt it will be top quality and am hopeful this helps some merch!

I have done two projects with Broken Arrow during the past month. One was a single-color design and the second was a close-registration five-color design. Broken Arrow gets top marks for both projects!

Broken Arrow has lots of T-Shirt options to choose from for your product. I used Bella+Canvas 3001 for the five-color project and the Gilden 2000 for the single color one. I researched colors, fit, and wearability using several third-party sources and found Broken Arrow’s descriptions of the shirts to be pretty accurate. I did cross-reference shirt color choices with the third-party sites because Broken Arrow’s shopping-cart images were not entirely accurate (my only criticism of them). But some do-diligence on your part will quickly clear that up, and Broken Arrow's color renderings during the art-approval process did turn out to be extremely accurate.

Bottom line, Broken Arrow’s prices are outstanding! The print quality is superb! Their customer service was top notch! I can’t rave enough about my experiences. Oh, and their turnaround time has been the best of any company of this type that I have dealt with. Best of all, you can get dynamite quality at decent prices with a relatively small order in many cases.

Several past projects with several of the higher-profile garment printing companies have been bitterly disappointing for me. I had thought poor quality and subterfuge with regard to pricing or the actual process used to print the shirts had become the norm in the industry until my latest experience with Broken Arrow. They are now my go-to source for high-quality, authentically screen-printed T-shirts.

We just ordered some knit hats for our scout troop. And the design the scouts wanted was not an easy one to do well, there were lots of technical concerns with the design. The Broken Arrow team was amazing, and really worked with us to make our difficult design turn out fantastically. The scouts absolutely LOVE the new troop hats.
