Words cannot express the impeccable customer service that I got from this local Business. From start to finish, the process took less than 48 hours.
I purchased some vintage/Victorian inspired downloadable images from Etsy and needed printing services so they can be framed (I already had frames so I did not utilize their framing services)

Everything was discussed via text until time of pickup. But you can call, email, or stop in too (make an appointment). I preferred texting because I work weird hours providing patient care and it would have been very difficult to facilitate this over the phone without interruption.

Barrett was amazing and really helpful with the process. He suggested what type of art paper would look best, matte vs gloss, sizing options, border vs no border etc. Pricing was very affordable. For 2 8x10s, 2 5x7s, 4 4x4, with discount was $45. At time of pick up they were in a protective sleeve with cardboard backing so they wouldn’t bend. I used my own ornate framing and they look way more expensive than they actually are.

Side note. There’s a coffee/bar place called Cafe 59 seconds away from Big Print. Barrett created a large Marvel Comic book shadowbox/mural for the owner out of his old comic books and cards. It’s so fire! ?It’s hanging behind the bar. Check that out too haha.

Buffalo Big Print is my favorite print shop! I took 4 pieces that I'd been wanting to frame in to them and they were super helpful in giving advice on whether to get them framed or in a plaque. They have an amazing selection of frames - including different grains and vibrant colors. I fell in love with the orange frame they recommended for the owl print I got framed with them. Turnaround time was insanely quick too and the backing/screws they included with the frames made it super easy to put the prints up as soon as I got home. Definitely recommend them for any framing/printing things you need! They also host First Fridays the first Friday of every month and I recommend checking that out, because they host amazing local artists and their beautiful works!

Update: Throwing up a picture of the giant elephant wall decal that Buffalo Big Print plaqued for me! Absolutely love it! The colors against the black background look amazing and it looks great hung up above our stairway!

Literally the best printing shop I’ve ever been to. Before going here, I thought of printing options to be limited to UPS, etc. and also very transactional. But here, they add the human aspect to their business. I had a silly last minute request for printing stickers for my dog’s birthday, and not once did they make my request feel unimportant or not worth their time even though they were short-staffed and completely slammed! Not only that, but they came through with the order. The stickers turned out to be good quality and were a hit! Printing shops aren’t designed to make you feel all warm and fuzzy, but this one does. Must be a Buffalo thing.

if you are looking for somewhere to get things framed I cannot recommend this place enough!!!! I wish I could give 10 stars because five does not seem enough. I had a one kind art print that I needed a very fun color frame to match. I went to one store in town and the framer acted like I was inconveniencing him. I went to another, and although the person was very nice, they just didn’t have what I needed. A coworker suggested this place and they had the absolute perfect fitting frame. I booked my consultation i had an idea what I wanted, but I wasn’t really sure and they helped me pick out how i wanted it and weren’t just looking to sell extras just to upsell. i appreciate the honesty soooo much. my piece turned out AMAZING!!!!! Ryan and Barrett are both amazing and truly gifted at what they do. side note i had priced many places in town and they were the best priced by far.

I've been so pleased with every part of my relationship with Buffalo Big Print! As a new artist, I was nervous about the process of making prints ... I wasn't even sure where to start. But Ryan kindly walked me through the process so that I was comfortable with my order and all my options.
I had them scan in 10 original works and print quite a few 8X10s to sell. I also had cards made of all my images.
The process was easy, the products are amazing, and the price was right on.

They had great customer service and got back to me very quickly. I had a short time frame to get my pieces printed and they were able to get me samples done the same day. They also offer backing and plastic sleeves for prints, which saved me a lot of time. Great communication and they make sure you receive a quality piece. They also will redo a print if its not what you wanted. Highly recommend!
