I was wrong in my original review of this store. It does indeed exist! It is actually on the back row of the building!. I really regret my previous rating of only one star.

These folks are very professional, courteous and friendly! They have a great program. Their ink cartridges average about 30% lower in cost than the big box stores and come with a guarantee. Both are really good things.

I highly recommend this store for your cartridge and business printer needs.

I have been to Cartridge World in Altamonte Springs numerous times to purchase printer ink cartridges for both my mother-in-law and myself. Each time I received friendly, quick and knowledgeable service from either Jake or Beryl. If I had any questions, they gave me user-friendly answers. The cartridges are priced very reasonably, and have always performed as promised. I have been assured with each purchase that, should they ever not work, I will be given a refund or exchange. I would highly recommend Cartridge World in Altamonte Springs for your printer ink.

They have moved around the corner from the old location in Altamonte Springs on the back of the building - Always courteous service. Immediate response to printing needs such as last minute requests for toner. Minimum to deliver is $75.00 All the Staff so friendly and willing to help.
Overall the quality of CW cartridges is just as good as the original sometimes even better than OEM. I was a customer first !

I love this store!! The staff is friendly and eager to help you. The prices are the BEST in the area!! You get a discount if you are a college student!! I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! I never have a problem with my ink, but if I did I know I could come and exchange it with no problems. If you haven't been in, definitely go check them out. Stop wasting your money paying for retail ink cartridges.
