This is my favorite shoppe in the Raleigh area. It has been for many years. I have never been disappointed in a purchase. This is a great place for gifts, clothing and jewelry. I highly recommend stopping in or shopping them online . You will not be disappointed. The quality is excellent. I love this vibrant pink maxi dress. It is more beautiful in person. I was stopped many times at dinner that night with people commenting on it.

I love Charlotte's for children clothing and even items for myself. It is fun to look around at all of the great home decor and get new items for my daughter's room. My two year old son even found a fire truck during one of our visits. He brought it to one of the girls to purchase and everyone was so patient with him. Always a great experience and everyone is so helpful. Looking forward to expanding what we purchase at Charlotte's in the future.

Charlotte’s is the best one-stop shop for all of your needs!! This is such a close knit and locally family owned business that I love to support!! From clothing & shoes to home decor and fabulous vintage & fine jewelry. The associates are all so helpful and make you feel so welcomed. They truly make their customers their top priority!! My experience at Charlottes has been good where customer service is involved. I have not experienced the rudeness that some have described.
The staff is made up of young women but I've always found them to be courteous and helpful.
My biggest complaint would be the return policy. My husband purchased $575 worth of over priced costume jewelry for me for Christmas.
He did not check the return policy and now I am forced to an exchange or store credit. No refunds!
While I appreciate his generosity I have asked him not to buy gifts for me there in the future.

Remember the scene in Pretty Woman? That’s exactly how the staff made me feel. I was not greeted or asked if I needed help finding something. I’m guessing it was my cut of shorts or messy bun. I had one woman following me around the store. She was opening boxes and laying out clothes but if I was out of eyesight she made sure to pop over. I’m not sure why she needed to check the price on some Hermès table pumpkins at that moment but who knows. I also misplaced my keys so I ran back into the store. One saleswoman suggest I dump my entire purse out. I was looking forward to buying some new pieces but I guess I’ll go elsewhere. Thanks 😊

I love this store and have shopped there for years! They have such a variety of gifts in a wide array of price ranges. Charlotte's also has great clothing and they host frequent trunk shows. The staff is always very helpful.
