Our business was in the market for a new and faster way of printing our own product labels for glass bottles, so when we were in Chicago, we made an appointment with Craig to go check out his line at Chicago Color Label. I'm really glad we did because going to visit the showroom allowed us to get a much better idea of what we needed and this is where we saw the Afinia LT5C (pictured), which we ultimately purchased a few months later, along with the re-winder attachment. The Afinia LT5C is much higher quality and faster than the printer options we initially had in mind and although it is also more expensive, it is ultimately a much better choice for our business. 6 inches per second is amazingly fast as far as we're concerned! Craig has helped us a lot and I'm really happy with the service. We got our printer delivered with extra toner as promised, and he was also able to find the perfect label substrate for us based on the samples we showed him. The substrate catalog can be very difficult to navigate and Chicago Label has made the experience as painless as I could imagine. I'm looking forward to working with Craig and our new Afinia printer on all of our future projects! Thank you!
