Called to find out if you offer replating of tungsten ring and they told me to stop by on Tuesday when the jeweler was in. I’m calling to find out if you offer this service before I waste my time. What good is the staff not knowing the services you offer they should be able to tell me if you offer this service so I don’t waste my time. I’m very busy Monday - Friday and work long hours so don’t have time to come in person only to be told you don’t offer the service. I think your staff needs to be retrained on what services are offered. Also when answering the phone you shouldn’t just say hello. Made me think I dialed the wrong number. A business should answer the phone announcing themselves. I almost hung up the phone & had to ask if this was Kristoff Jewelers?

Here's my story: My mother-in-law gave me her grandmother's wedding band (my husband's great grandmother's wedding band) because I couldn't find a wedding band that I liked. The engagement ring is from another jeweler, but the 2 rings looked like they were meant to be! The issue I had that Christoff's worked with was that the wedding band is too big for me but I did not want to resize it because it would have meant erasing the GORGEOUS hand engraved initials and engraved wedding date (12-12-1925) of my husband's great grandparents. One of the owners told me that hand engraving like that is very rare/expensive nowadays. She stated her and her husband would do everything they could to merge the 2 rings without damaging/erasing the engravings - and they did just that! It looks absolutely spectacular and I'm so pleased! It was a little pricey, but honestly worth every penny for the craftsmanship. You get what you pay for!

I wanted to say thank you, a stunning sapphire ring my father gave my mother on a Christmas morning in the early 80's, was given to me two years ago Christmas. Three weeks before Christmas this past year, I looked down to find the Sapphire missing. My heart stopped beating and tears poured down my face. I was terrified for the treasured ring to be out of my sight, he surprised me today with it; I have to say it is even more beautiful than I remember. Sure was nice getting a personalized and friendly experience starting with smiles and Hello's at Christoff Jewelers. Melanie showed me the watch section and right away I saw the Seiko watch was looking for and enthusiastically said "SOLD!" I love this elegant and stylish men's Seiko watch with gold tone and light gold tone face as it is absolutely classy! The crystal, dial/face, date, hands, and the crown are the perfect size for visibility and changing time and date is easy and effortless. She removed one link for a perfect fit and set the time and date! A discount of $44.25 was a pleasant surprise and so was the cool shopping bag Janie gave me!

I had an amazing experience at Christoff Jewelers. I had looked at many different Jewelry stores in both the Jacksonville area and England and I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for to match my low-setting engagement ring. I had found a few "options" all above my budget and none that I felt "this is it". Then I found Christoff Jewelers, and though it looked smaller they had a great selection of hand picked pieces that were absolutely stunning. It was there that I found my perfect wedding band to match my low-setting perfectly. It was even better that It was 1/2 the price of the other "options". Janie delivered excellent customer service through the entire process. On my first visit they even cleaned my engagement ring, purchased elsewhere. The band I found in store was white gold but I needed it in yellow gold to match my engagement ring. She promptly made a phone call and was able to get the ring in yellow gold delivered to the store in just a few days. Even though the price had gone up since she purchased the ring, she still sold it to me at the price of the original one I saw. It was then sized and ready to pick up within a few days. Their on-site appraiser even gave me an appraisal at no additional cost. You will not be disappointed in the quality or service you receive from Christoff Jewelers and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Poor restoration and customer service.. Only half of my ring was buffed; yet, I was billed for a full restoration cost. I brought my unique tension set solitaire ring in to be evaluated to be cleaned. One of the owners evaluated it and assured me that it would be no problem. I paid in advance. A week later, I get a call to pick up my ring. When I came in to pick it up, there were tiny bits of fiber stuck between one side of the stone and setting and the large area under the stone has not been cleaned or touched at all. When I expressed my disappointment, I was not offered any attempt to make it right or a discount. The owner told me that is the best that they can do. If I had known that the tool that this jeweler used was inadequate, I would have taken my ring somewhere else. I will definitely bring my ring to a jeweler that has the proper tools and better customer service.

Absolutely gorgeous work.

I took my grandmothers 70+ year wedding band in to be fixed because it was missing a diamond and the ring itself was scratched up badly. When I tell you I was at work and bawled my eyes out when I looked down and saw a stone missing I'm not kidding. This ring is one of the only things left in the family that belonged to her and I was entrusted with it. Within just a couple of days they replaced two stones, made prongs, and made it look absolutely brand new. Granny would be so proud.

I love that their work is done in house and my ring didn't have to be sent away. I'll absolutely come to them for all of my needs.

After receiving my engagement ring from Jared, huge retailer in town and dealing with numerous calls for different issues, we knew it was time to drop them.
