Horrible customer service! I don't know if the Asian lady over by the wigs had a bad day or was tired but when we went in on Saturday 9/21/24 she was not helpful at all! I asked about certain wigs and styles and she made no effort in trying to assist me even though she saw I was disabled and struggling! I had every intention of making a purchase that day as well as my husband but after the lack of interest or care shown to me we walked out and went down the street to Beauty Depot where I purchased TWO wigs not just one simply because they were patient & friendly. If your workers/owners don't care then I definitely don't have to spend my money there nor will I in the future. Tighten up because you just lost a great money spending customer.

I will not return to this store, the last time I was there a clerk stepped in behind my grandson and I and followed us as we entered the store, although we were not greeted upon entering the store. To be fair, the store is well stocked, but I can not spend my hard earned money at any establishment that blatantly treats their customers like criminals

I like this store, not overly excited, but never disappointed either.... If that makes sense. The people are helpful and I like their accessories and they usually have the hair I'm looking for. They'll always be one of my go to hair stores.

I always come here to get my wigs bc they have variety and good prices. I went last week and the older asian lady by the wigs was so rude. I was looking at wigs while on the phone with my mom. The lady started yelling at me I dnt have anymore of that when I picked up one of the wigs. I never said I wanted it I have to look at the part on a wig to determine if I want. I saw another wig I wanted that was $150 good deal on human hair so bought. I love it but she was rude and I wont spend my money here anymore.

The 2 stars I did give were because of their variety of products to choose from. Sadly, that alone isn't enough to give them my business again. One of the employees (Caribbean accent) was very rude. Regardless of the fact that this location is more convenient, I rather (and have been) drive out of my way in the opposite direction to go to Beauty Depot.

I highly did not like the energy from the lady her name is Sue I just did not like the way she approached me it made me feel very uncomfortable when I was just trying to purchase an item from there store an I always go here , an never felt so uncomfortable in the store
