Saved me time and stress and was very professional. I needed a new cpu cooler but couldn't tell that's what the issue was. Computer would freeze with no errors. Spent too long failing at finding the issue myself. He gave me a straight answer as soon as they had time to look at it, happily paid him for his time. Shop looks nice and they answer when you call.

This business was above expectations. I had a battery problem with an older HP laptop. Shane found it was a problem with the battery charge pack. He did not have a new one in stock, but gave me a used one free of charge. He would not accept payment for the time he spent diagnosing my problem. This is the place to go for honest, upright sales or service.

Went in to ask a few random questions, and inquire about buying a computer for my photography. The secretary had a beautiful infectious smile, and was kind. The gentleman was on the phone but heard everything I was looking for, he was patient. I have severe anxiety so sometimes, I'm alot but he wasn't bothered one bit, I have decided that I will only buy a laptop if I get one from them. Thank you!!

Place has the things you need for your PC, plain and simple. He has RAM, SSD's, motherboards, PSU's, cables (like has a bunch of different sata cables in stock - You can't even find stuff like that at Best Buy but it's right here in Wellsville).
I plan on buying more from this place because I'd like to keep this place here - if you build PC's I would definitely recommend stopping over there and looking at what they have. His mother board selection impressed me in that he went value for performance.
The RAM he sold me was the fastest of that particular kind and brand of RAM. I didn't really care at first because the place is close. But after firing up the rig u just built and going into a program called cpu-z to get a true answer for what frequencies everything is running and a Google search later and I'm seeing the owner sold me the best possible RAM from this range of product from that manufacturer.
The owner does good business because he sells what you need and isn't foolish in his purchasing of inventory (unlike places like Staples, Walmart, or Best Buy) - because the owner is actively involved in the direction his business is going. Two thumbs, way up.
