Hey this is Garrett Brunow!

Had some great experiences here so I thought I should leave a review. Jon and Neil are great guys, I am a computer enthusiast and semi professional goofball so they meet my needs very well.

Got a new phone there just today and love it. All the parts I have bought from them have worked; also they make you aware of the return policy on items.

To anyone giving this place a 1 star review DO YOUR RESEARCH! This is one of the best computer recycling stores I have been in. Whether its modern or vintage they will help you out! 5 STARS!

This place is such a blessing to have for anyone who likes old tech. The storefront might be a bit small, but if you are looking for anything specific, always make sure to ask! They have a lot of stuff that isn't put out, and most stuff I have bought from here I had to ask if they had any. The staff is very knowledgeable and very nice. Really some great folks. A few select items are priced the same as 2nd hand going rates online, but most stuff is priced below that which is awesome.

Nice employees and volunteers, drop off is easy, I've even had employees go to my car with me to unload everything. The place has a good mission & the Redeemed Electronics store is amazing, if you go at the right time you can find anything from collectibles to decently priced modern computers. Y'all are awesome and going here is always a good fun time

They do charge to drop off TV's. When you search Free TV Drop Off on Google, there name come up first. When I told the snot nose kid, that's not what Google said. He started to argue with me about their website said there was a $20.00 charge. I looked before, I could not find that. I looked again, and had to go to a ( what I call a hidden page ) and scrolled down that page and finely found a charge . They would just use the TVs for parts, so off to the dump it goes. Businesses like this that say recycling facility is not that.

An Omaha woman has been sentenced to four months in prison and eight months home confinement for fraudulently obtaining grants from two state agencies and a federal loan program.

Brenda K. Banks, 61, was also ordered by a federal judge to pay $83,087 in restitution and a $5,000 fine as part of her sentence for wire fraud.

Banks, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, was the executive director of a nonprofit called Angels on Wheels that was engaged in recycling projects.

In 2018 and 2019, Banks was able to obtain two grants of $220,234 from the Nebraska Environmental Trust. To be reimbursed for the grants, she submitted images of checks altered with whiteout and fictitious invoices, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.

The same approach was used to obtain three additional grants for litter reduction and recycling totaling $184,141 from the Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy.

In addition, in 2020, Banks applied for a Paycheck Protection Program loan on behalf of Angels on Wheels. She falsely attested that the organization’s board of directors had met and designated her to file for the PPP loan, when, in fact, there was no such meeting.

Eventually, $60,420 of PPP funds were deposited into a bank account that Banks had opened. The PPP loan was later forgiven by Great Western Bank, though no funds were repaid, the attorney’s office said.

The case was investigated by the FBI. Banks was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Robert Rossiter Jr.

A friend of mine had a really sluggish computer, came in here to get some parts for the computer the prices are very reasonable! I've also bought a computer here too and it was like 250 and the specs for the price was worth buying and computer never had a problem! If you're looking for used computer parts, peripherals, monitors, speakers anything that's basically electronics section you would find it here(mostly older parts and sometimes somewhat newer) then you should definitely give it a try to visit!

Great communication prior to pickup. Onsite staff was very polite and took the time and effort to study their 'escape route' to ensure none of my belongings were damaged. Took a huge (pun intended) load off of my mind by getting my dead projection screen TV out of the non-walkout basement, that most other recyclers wouldn't even touch. Will definitely call again when I need them!
