We have been using Document Solutions for a number of years now to provide support on our wide format printer that we purchased from them. I usually get a call every couple of months from their team checking in to see how things are going and if there is anything they can do for us. That is almost unheard of now and greatly appreciated. Their team is always very polite and quick to get back to you, and their services techs are top notch when it comes to knowing and servicing the equipment. It is because of this great service that we purchased a second wide format printer for another location. If you are looking for a quality product with a quality company to provide support this is it.

Our company bought the HP Design Jet T1600 a few years ago from Document Solutions. It has been a great buy! I did a lot of research on plotters before we purchased the HP. This plotter does everything that we need. The schematics and blue prints are so clear and easy to read. I did a lot of research on plotters before we purchased the HP. And Document Solutions sends out any supplies that we need the very next day and their prices will beat most everyone. If you are looking to but a new plotter, I recommend the HP Design Jet T1600 from Document Solutions!

Documents Solutions has been a great company to work with! Despite them being several hours away, they have never made us wait more than a day if we had an issue with our Oce printer (which was not very often!). Their customer service is excellent, and I love talking with Jack when he periodically calls to see if we need anything!
