Came here to get a laptop for myself on the recommendation of a friend. Was so impressed with the prices and the up front attitude of Bob, what you see is what you get. I got a quick lesson that I didn’t realize I needed, about modern computing, anti virus software and the cloud. I ended up also buying a gaming computer for my kids at a fraction of the cost of a new one.
I like that if I have a problem I can put the computer in the car and drive over there, rather than spend 40 minutes on hold just to speak to a customer service rep in New Delhi who I barely understand, who promises to do his best to help but in the end, disappoints.
If you don’t have to have a brand new computer, give this company a try.

As a small business owner, a Dentist, and I have a 100% paperless office. I have to replace computers every now and again, with the cost of computers at nearly $700 each for what I need it becomes a budget headache. However, I was able to replace 10 computers with Windows 7 fast computers AND some big monitors for just under $1000. We had a little trouble with one of the computers but they replaced it with a working one quickly and without any additional cost. If you are a small business owner and looking at the XP deadline wondering how you will make the change, call Feature Marketing.

Returned a laptop 6 weeks ago because it didn't work. Since then I've been promised I'd have my refund that day about 4 times and still no show.

Originally I'd planned to use the refund to get another laptop from here, but not anymore.
