I love this bank! They are so friendly and always very knowledgeable and willing to help. I work for PCM Middle School as a para. Cheryl has a very professional atmosphere, yet it is relaxed a little since they know almost everyone that comes in, or to the drive through. These ladies are too notch and always go out of their way to assist a customer. All GWB's should use their model of customer service. I would recommend this Branch to any and all future customers. Thank you for treating me so special whenever I come to the branch.

I haven't been to this branch in a while, but this was my hometown branch and they were always super patient with me when I was starting off my personal finances. Love the branches in Newton and Altoona. This one is terrible. They treated me like I was a con man. I live in Prairie City, that's why I chose that bank. Rethinking my decision.
