I came in a couple months ago to get photos printed for a locket. They told us that they could do that & put the photo in the locket for us, charging $30 for the service.

What was delivered was a single 4x6 with several sizes of the same photo — I could have done it in photo shop in 10-minutes then printed it at Walgreens for $0.39. They did not put the photo in the locket, but returned it empty contrary to their word.

I'm a photographer who considered giving them some of my printing business, but I would urge everyone to find different printers based on our experience. We felt ripped off & quite frustrated.

Edit, as a response: My misunderstanding was misplacing trust in your business. In 39+ years, you haven't gotten it right. If /anyone/ would know, then you should inform your front desk person — who told us that you would. /Anyone/ would know that doubling down is bad business

Seek your printing services elsewhere, lest there be a misunderstanding

I had to come to this little shop to get my fingerprints done for a job twice. First time was due to them being incomplete. However, I am rating 5 stars because the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I really liked how they treated me and was very patient with me during the fingerprint scanning even though we had to redo a few of them a couple of times. From the looks of it, they do everything there from wedding photos to business cards. They weren't badly priced, either.
