They were so good to us! We brought our Chevy chassis RV in because the breaks were occasionally squeaking on our cross country road trip. They got us in the same day, checked everything over, changed the oil, and had us out in a couple hours. No pressure to do extra work. Super nice waiting area for the kids. We were very happy with the service, location (we walked to the Nashville Library from there), and comfort of the store.

I have been receiving emails, informing me that I am late getting my oil changed and tires rotated. I presently live in the Tacoma WA. area and have my vehicle serviced at a local dealer regularly. I have never missed a service, to protect my warranty. I emailed them asking them what was going on and never received a reply. I'm pretty sure I've never used them for service.

Let me give you insight on My experience at this location with the service department, i have a 2020 gmc 2500 Denali I was over 600 miles away from home with cooling issues and no ac , I drove to freeland Chevy in need of relief from the heat. I walked into the service department and spoke to (Robert fort) he was booking appointments for over 2 weeks out . When I advised him of my issues and concerns , he did all he could do in his power, to get my truck into the shop the same day. Once the truck got into the shop 15 minutes later after lunch .
he advised me with the issues on my truck and gave me cost affected alternatives to get the truck back on the road blowing cold air and a solution in the future if it happens again!

I want to tip my hat to (Robert fort) & (Seth service tech) & his team on the group effort on getting this issue resolved in a timely fashion!
The right people make the dealership thrive and grow ! Everyone talks about the bad but I’m here to talk about the good news and give an honest review based on my experience. The sweetest lady was my salesperson. She is outstanding on every way...so knowledgeable about the product always helping me understand...F and I manager was very nice and never went to fast while I was signing papers...can't brag on Andrian enough...said Freeland was like family and family always comes first....that was a plus for me...love the people there Mr Freeland is blessed to have the employees he has that are so friendly and so knowledgeable...i.will for sure recommend my friends to Freeland...
