HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, PATHETIC SERVICE!
If I could give them 0 stars I WOULD IMMEDIATELY. I guess since I’m 21 and a woman they think they can speak to me any way addressing me as “hey” instead of my name which she/they knew from texting me previously about my windshield. or try to play me out my money but I’m not dumb.

I was greeted by Debbie, who scheduled my appointment for 8:30 AM on a Monday. I dropped off my vehicle at 8 AM that day. From my research and speaking with other shops that apply racing stripes, the service generally takes less than four hours. I was promised same-day service when I dropped off the car. However, when I returned after work at 4 PM, the service was basically not even started. Debbie assured me again that it would be done that day, saying, "I told her it needs to be finished today."

Despite this, after waiting in the lobby for about 30 minutes, we were told we needed to leave and that the car would not be done that day. The shop claims to charge $100 an hour, but they had my car for a day and a half and expected to charge almost $800 for their slow and inexperienced work. We managed to negotiate a price reduction due to the inconvenience. Another gentleman in the shop, whose name I do not know, assured us that since they were keeping the car overnight, the quality would be top-notch.

However, more than 24 hours passed without any updates from the shop. After about four more hours, I still had no call or update, so I stopped by to check on the service. Debbie informed me it would be done shortly. When I finally picked up the car, I found over 15 blemishes visible and a CUT in the vinyl they took over a day to install.

Considering a four-hour service turned into almost 30 hours, I expected at least decent customer service and respect, but the quality of their work was also poor. I contacted the shop to inquire about a warranty or any recourse if the vinyl came off, and Debbie simply said I could bring it back for a fix. Why wasn’t this done correctly in the first place? and stated the employee " did the best they could" which you shouldn't even be saying to a paying customer

Additionally, the other gentlemen at the front were extremely rude and did not know how to speak to a customer. When I asked about a military discount, instead of a straightforward response, I was told they had already given me enough of a discount and that I should be happy with it. This is outrageous. I will never return to this shop, nor will I recommend it to anyone. It is very unprofessional, and the quality of work is obviously horrible.

I had a new wheels/tired installed and a leveling kit put on my 2020 Dodge 1500. Ryan and his crew were so accommodating and made the process as simple as ever. They truly went out of their way to take care of my upgrades and I will definitely be using them again for future work. Thanks again for the great experience!!

Very grateful for Ryan Lynch an his crew . They went over and beyond and went the extra mile with my truck they ended up staying late on a Friday to make sure my truck was done an completed so I had it for the weekend. The professionalism and the quality of work by far exceeded my expectations. I usually do all my own work because I don't do well with others working on my truck but my work load was too much to be able to do the job myself and being a small business owner myself I'm all about supporting small local businesses. I will definitely be back for any other aftermarket upgrades I may decide to do.

This is a great business for auto customs. I wanted to upgrade the factory cloth seats in my new mustang to leather. I honestly didn't know where to begin, but they walked me through the choices and helped me pick out the right colors. They use Katzkins which are better quality than most factory leather seats, and you can customize the colors and textures about anyway you want. The end result is absolutely awesome! I also got a ceramic tint while they had the car, which looks amazing.

I called to get my windows tinted. They provided me with an appointment time next day. While I was there I was interested in a bed cover. The staff took the time to help me choose one and provided me with a quote. Returned to pick my truck up and the tint was perfect. Thank you for the fast and great work!
