I was very happy with the customer service at this store. If I had to leave a message (they are sewing often I’m sure so can’t answer the phone every time) they called back within a few minutes. There was a mistake on my daughter’s uniform due to the way instructions were given by my daughter’s teacher, not the store. They handled the situation very professionally and fixed it over the weekend for a very small price which they didn’t have to do. Would recommend

Bought a shirt and had it altered in store. Came to pick it up and looks as nothing was done. Was charged again to have it altered to fix their mistakes. Was given a pickup date and when that date came around, it was not ready. When it was finally ready, the alteration was incorrect Again. Very disappointed in service.

I just left Galls. The customer service was great. The young lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. I didn't wait long, Ms. Gwen right to me. They hymn my pants, fixed a fix, a zipper on my shirt, and my name patch, we went over the items to make sure everything good. It took less than 15 minutes, n I was on my way. Thanks so much for getting me in n out and the great customer service.

I would not recommend shopping here or through the website. I placed an order for a pair of men’s trousers for my veteran husbands funeral. The package was never opened because we went with another option. The returns process is arduous. I already knew I wouldn’t be able to get the overnight shipping refunded but, you have to pay for a return label as well, and it takes forever to get the refund issued. I still haven’t gotten it.
