I have been using GB Design House for years and can not recommend them enough!! My most recent order was for an event that had a very fast date approaching and I was in a big big bind! I contacted Audrey at GB Design House and she rushed my order and even got the items to me 2 days before I was expecting them! The quality of their products is always amazing and their customer service is top notch!! I recommend them to my friends and co workers all of the time and will ONLY use them for my events and party goods!!

Do not depend on this business for a special day like your wedding day! My daughter’s wedding day is going to be ruined because the cups she was so excited about getting, one of the very first things she picked out for her wedding, are now the biggest regret! I sent them my proof response and then 3 hours later I sent them an email with a revision to my order… my $218 order. Then 3 weeks later I get the cups and they are wrong. So I reach out to them, panicking, and sent them a screenshot of the email I had sent them and everything and they literally were so rude and un phased… they basically said they didn’t receive an email and offered me 15% off of a completely new order… really They never mentioned my daughter, her day, nothing! I even told them if they fix this I would promote them on all social media outlets and drive more business to them… they didn’t care! Very rude! My daughter keeps asking about the cups, if they’ve arrived, and I don’t have the heart to tell her!!

GB Design House has great customer service and is super timely ! I ordered matches and napkins for my wedding and they exceeded my expectations. I had a drawing needed to be converted to vector format and they were able to help me in order to make my vision come to life! I LOVE the quality of the matchbooks as well as the shapes, sizes, texture, etc. SO GOOD.

I purchased 3 engraved cheese boards from Gracious Bridal last month for client gifts. I was very impressed with their prompt turnaround and how detail oriented their customer service was.
