I must recommend the service. I mixed it up with Geek Squad and did not remember that I had the service. IT SAVED MY LIFE. Not only that, but it fixed my computer connection to the printer, which the GEEK SQUAD COULD NOT DO. George is to be thanked and commended for doing what he did on my computer and my husband's, not only that but having the time and patience to to still help me after all the objections of my husband

George took the time to explain to the gentleman that I didn't understand the issue and then walked me through what needed to be done explaining things as needed. Great service and communication was tremendous! Now I have all the confidence in HP Company Equipment and the Manager of the Staples Store I bought this Printer said Take Out The Service Contract which is hoe i discovered Geek Studio which has made me very pleased and my wife will be very happy when she gets home and will be able to print noe and forever!
