Golden Moments

My experience was terrible. The process of communicating with Golden moments was extremely long and wasted a lot of time. I would get a response once a week with updates which made the process extremely longer then expected. So take that Into consideration while deciding. I had a nightmare of experience with my shipping. I received my package extremely late and after the date I was given. Which delayed a lot of other planning. The packages got lost in the mail which delayed the shipping even more. The stress level was overwhelming and something nobody should go through especially a bride dealing with a hundred other things going on a month and a half before your wedding. When I received my packages the came in two boxes and came on two different days a week apart. Getting them after the date I need them. I need to send them out ASAP to give my guests time to RSVP. I contacted Vivian showing all the damages and broken, chipped pieces. And she accused me of damaging them myself with saying I “wiped them to hard” the care instructions advice customer to clean product with a microfiber cloth. Why would I damage my own wedding invites that I paid alot of money for. The mirrored invites add chips and smears all over them. Noticing all these the damages as I took them out of the box in complete shock. I tried cleaning one, very gently. The invites were not packaged with care. The were placed in a oversized box with no wrapping around the invites to separate them from scratching against each other. As a customer paying A LOT of MONEY. I got ripped off with cheap quality.and no proper care. I wouldn’t recommend this business to ANYONE!! They don’t value their products or customers. She told me to send a picture of the damaged box and I did. She responded to me after I expressed to her that the invites were already two weeks late being lost. And I have no time. The only thing she said was send back the invites and she’ll get new invites within two weeks. After going through a nightmare with shipped delays and late product I felt that that was not a fair resolution. I ask for a refund and she never got back with me. I could tell the type of business person she is and knew she wouldn’t be the type to own up to business package mistake. I made the mistake of using this small business for my wedding invites. Take my advice and go somewhere that has business values and owns up to production mistakes. Its unfortunately that I had to deal with such stress and disappointment with golden moments. I would hate to see someone else go through the disaster I went through.

Vivian and her team are an absolute pleasure to work with! They are professional, efficient, creative, and very sweet. Vivian is absolutely amazing!!! From the quote, to all invitation details, she was ON TOP of it! She was so busy and working weekends, she emailed me on Sunday! I used Golden Moments Design for my best friends surprise bridal shower. With so many other invitation options/designs out there, I didn’t know where to start. I had some designs in mind and what I imagined the invitations to look like, but was feeling overwhelmed because of all the different ideas I had and also the time crunch I was under. Vivian took the time to put all my thoughts and ideas together and went over all the options with me. The invitations also only took about a week to be complete, which was a life saver considering the time crunch I was under. The invitations turned out amazing, exceeded my expectations and everyone was so impressed with the unique and personalized design. I would recommend Golden Moments Design to anyone looking for a one of a kind, high quality, unique invitation whether it’s for a bridal shower or wedding or any other event!

So I am the type of person that does A LOT of research before committing to something. For my best friend’s baby shower I ordered samples from a bunch of companies I found on Google. The acrylic invitations from Golden Moments Design totally stood out from the others. The words were painted on and felt raised when you touched the invitation. It was really different than the others who carved into the acrylic. Also, I read a bunch of blogs talking about how these invitations break when you mail them. I asked them about this and they told me that the quality of their acrylic was high and would never break in the mail. I felt confident ordering from Golden Moments Design because acrylic invitations is pretty much all that they do. They’ve perfected this type of invitation, without charging an arm and a leg. Plus, my order only took 2 weeks so I was really happy!

Omg obsessed!!! Seriously I contacted Golden moments for my wedding invitations and I can not have been happier! The staff helped with the design. I had crazy ideas that noone can bring to life. This girl was an angel sent from above she got me! Basically love love love will recomand to anyone !

Save yourself time & wasted money. Terrible quality. Terrible Service. Do your research. I got screwed by them. The owner doesn't seem like she has business skills. She never responded to my last email. Don't let it happen to you. Don't let them RUIN your special Day/ Event. Packaging is terrible. THEY DO NOT CARE! If you live outside of California especially. They do not package the products with care. They say they are NOT responsible for anything, its because they don't value the customers and their products they spent A LOT of money for. They take your money and leave you with nothing but stress and confusion and damaged products. Beware....
